Make your own way to Batemans Bay for your morning or afternoon kayaking excursion. After a short safety briefing and time to practice your paddling skills, set out from the Batemans Bay Bridge.
Soak up the scenery around Batemans Bay as you paddle your way along the Clyde River, beneath the looming peaks of the Murramarang National Park. Spend time exploring the tranquil jetties, grottos, and mangrove forests around the bay, and pass the dramatic cliffs of Square Head.
Glide through the waters of the Cullendulla Sanctuary and make a stop at the Innes Boatshed, where you’ll be treated to hot drinks and cake, served direct to your kayak. As you tuck into your morning or afternoon tea, look out for local wildlife like fish, soldier crabs, and octopus. If you’re lucky, you might even see giant stingray, white bellied sea eagles, or dolphins swim past.
After two hours exploring the river, return to your starting point in Batemans Bay, where your tour ends.
