Excellent tour with an even more excellent guide!

I have dreamed about visiting Stonehenge since I was a little and this experience checked off a major thing on my bucket list. What made it even better was Daniel! He picked us up at the hotel, drove us into the country side with wonderful commentary and got us there right when it opened. He gave us detailed information about the stones, their history, with some humor mixed in that made it that much more enjoyable. There was hardly anyone there so it felt like we had the place to ourselves. By the time we left, it was packed. When he drove us back, he took us to the lookout overlooking Bath and explained to us what we were looking at, the history of the city and a few fun antidotes. It was a truly delightful morning. Thank you Daniel! You gave us an experience we’ll never forget.

Wonderful Private Tour of Stonehenge

Dan is someone we would choose to do more tours with if we could. He is knowledgeable, humorous, and enthusiastic about his hometown and the surrounding area. He arrived on time for our trip to Stonehenge, gave us some insights along the way, and kicked it into high gear when we arrived at the visitors center. Daniel was fantastic! He is local to the area and so knowledgeable about Bath’s history in addition to Stonehenge’s. Our drive was safe and comfortable (about 50 mins from Bath to Stonehenge). Couldn’t have been a better trip. So glad we opted for a private tour!

What an amazing day!! Daniel was extremely knowledgeable. He made it interesting and fun. We got all the benefits of being on a tour with out having to sit on a bus with a million other people. He showed around Bath afterwords and even recommended a great restaurant. I left my wallet in his car and he brought it to me at dinner. I can't say enough positive things about this experience. Will definitely book with him again in the future. Wish I could give him 10 stars.

Excellent Stonehenge Private Tour

Our guide Daniel showed up at our hotel on time in the morning. He was very nice and polite to my wife and children. Very easy to talk with. The drive from Bath to Stonehenge was around 50 minutes but the beautiful countryside views made the time pass quickly. Daniel was excellent in showing and explaining to us the exhibits in the museum prior to the visiting the Stones. It was a gorgeous day and the crowds were minimal in the morning so it allowed us to walk and talk at our leisure. We walked away with a greater appreciation of the Stones and it's importance. The entire experience was amazing and we would definitely recommend as well as hire Daniel again.
