We had a phone call at 2.02 to say where are you , she sounded lovely on the phone I explained the bridal party was on the say the uber didn't pick us up and we was running we a just arroumd the corner she said no worries see you in a minute big orange flag you can't miss it , and at 2.07 we got to the big orange flag and the boat literally rurn arround in front of us and left with all of us stood there I called back and said we are here so sorry we was late running in the boiling heat we would have paid extra ! , nope.nothing they weren't interested they could have just come to the side they were a couple of meters away we are hear no nothing we can, no compromise, no refund , just waist of £200 and a very extremely upset bride , they could have called to say look we can't wait any longer (7mins ) we need to leave I would have told them we are standing at the orange flag !!!! They could see us and there was only 3 people on the boat ! We couldn't believe it , customer service was shocking as well !! Complete and utterly waste, and they are not willing to refund any of the money or give us another date

We had a wonderful time on the prosecco boat tour. We were lucky enough to sit up top and get the full 360 degree open air view. The boat captain was a lovely friendly, knowledgeable person who chatted with us happily the whole journey. We had glorious sunshine, plenty of prosecco and thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon with all the beautiful scenery. A lovely excursion.

Disappointing— Not worth the time or the money

The tour consists of 50 minutes travel time. Half of that is spent traveling through the industrial section of the city. There was little to see other than discarded grocery trollies, abandoned bike parts and a floating portable loo. The boat then turns around to head back to the city center which was pleasant when we reached the waterfall, but was otherwise unremarkable. The trip could benefit from some narration about the city, the river the sites—- anything really. There was no discussion at all other then a hello, and a goodbye., and a few answers to random questions in between.
Also It would be helpful to let guests know (in advance) that there is no public toilet on the boat and none immediately nearby, so plan accordingly.

We thoroughly enjoyed this relaxing boat ride down the Avon River. The Captain and Hostess/Guide were very friendly and professional. Once on our way, our Hostess was very knowledgeable about the area and the sites along the river. She kept the energy casual and fun. The Prosecco was excellent and topped off this enjoyable trip. Highly recommended.

The Experience was wonderful. We had the boat to ourselves and Mia our hostess was brilliant. Informative and helpful. It was very relaxing and Mia was there to answer any questions. Mia couldn't do enough for us.
It felt very much like "Wind in the Willows" with Ratty and Mole boating on the river!
