Excellent tour. Our guide, David, was very knowledgeable and spoke perfect English. It was a pleasant drive from Bayeux. We got a history lesson and saw the amazing structure. Understand it is the most visited attraction in France outside of Paris. Our group was small. That made hearing easy and made questions easy also. Strongly recommend David's company.

Wonderful tour. Our guide spoke perfect English. From the moment she picked us up, she started giving us information about the history of Mont Saint Michel as well as the surrounding villages and fields during our trip to the monastery. She also recommended a very good restaurant. We enjoyed it thoroughly and would like to compliment Karin on her professionalism, knowledge, and friendly demeanor.

Great tour and Mont Saint- Michel was just breath taking. Just 6 in the group which made it very personal - can have up to 8. David was a great guide and the pace was easy. Had about 3 hrs on our own to explore the town on our own and have lunch, even posted a postcard from the town postoffice. You will not be disappointed. Just be aware there are many stairs up to the Abbey, the pace was kept slow - my husband had knee surgery 4 moths ago and he made it but he was a little sore after. It was a memorable day.

Our guide was very good and she was very knowledgeable about the region. On arrival she took us straight to the Abbey on top before the crowds arrived and it was spectacular and the views were tremendous. But when we came down from the Abbey the place was packed and you could not move so you did not have time to explore the streets and shops before you had to leave. If you just wanted to see the Abbey and island then this tour is great but if you wanted to venture around the streets then I would suggest coming back after the tourists have left or stay close by and get there for breathtaking sunrises and sunsets and venture in before or after the main tourist sessions happen.

Loved this tour. Our guide, Mathieu, was terrific: funny, knowledgeable, and great to be with. We got there early enough in the morning to avoid most of the early afternoon craziness, and he knew some short cuts, arranged admission tickets and parking, so that we couldn't imagine learning as much as we did with anyone else in such a short period of time.
