I travel a lot, but this is my first time with Viator. My grandson is studying Chinese in college and had time restrictions due to classes so Viator was chosen because they had a tour that fit into my grandsons available time frame. However, Viator gave us to another travel company without telling us of the change. This other tour company had a different schedule from the one that Viator had sent me, less meals and tour that were included in Viator's itinerary cost extra. The tour guide and travel company tried to contact Viator but to no avail. I even sent them an email but have not heard a word. I understand that it is winter and there are less travelers but this is unexceptable.
