Giants causeway breath taking and the Rope Bridge a MUST . Only blip was pre ordered Beef Stew and Chicken goiujons from Fullerton Arms en route not great, other items on the menu seemed ok we chose wrong.DEFINITELY DO THIS TRIP along with hop on bus and Titanic experience

Tour itself was great but Paddy Wagon Tours had seriously overbooked it for the size of vehicle. The driver was great and was able to overcome most of the challenges but when the tour left Dublin, they were already overbooked by 11 people and they still had to stop in Belfast. Say what??

Worth it, although the bus that came did not match the bus I was told to wait for.

Unfortunately i have to average my rating of viator...which would be a ZERO, and the tour itself which would be a 4. The info sent to me after booking this tour was that I'd be picked up at the Europa hotel at 10am and the local tour company was called Elegant tours. The concierge and some a tour guy said they never heard of it. So I had the concierge call the number I got from viator just to be sure. He confirmed that my name was on the list and specifically said it'd be a white bus and it'll pull into the Europa hotel. At 10am...nothing. Luckily I looked at my phone and saw that I missed a call a couple minutes after 10. The company wanted to know why I wasn't on the bus. They said it's a green bus that says paddywagons parked down the street. I said I DID NOT get that information and was waiting for a white bus to pull up front. The green bus had already left and had to turn around and come pick me up. They park a whole block away which is apparently the pick up point. The woman on the phone from the company apologized but asked who I booked through and why they didn't give me an update when the local company and info changed!? Yes, why Viator?! I almost missed my only day to do that full day tour. The info you gave me could not be any more wrong and there's no way I would have known where or what to look for. The local company said its Viator's responsibility to give me updated info. And by the way Viator...buses don't pull up to the Europa hotel....they're always down the street, so please quit putting that on the confirmation emails or no one will be looking anywhere else!

All that aside, the trip was good. Beautiful coast, the rope bridge was neat and learned some things from the guide although I think more history could be shared. BUT...I wouldn't book this through Viator...in Belfast specifically, you can go to the Europa and there will be legitimate guides for buses and tours and they sell them to you right there...and they're very very friendly.

very bad, as the tour is overbooked. No seat to accomodate for 3 of us and finally one people
had to seat in the spare emergency seat for the whole trip and not the passenger seat.
I think the tour company should counter how many seats in the bus before accepting any
people to join the tour.
