It was a very well done trip
despite the rain.
Very comfortable bus, enough time to see what we want, spectacular area. Very friendly guide and I understood everything he said, because he spoke slowly.
An excellent trip.
If you are not into rocks...don’t bother. The rest of the trip was an hour to walk to and cross the cord bridge and back on the bus then a 15 minute stop at The hedge which was quite lovely...then back to. Belfast. Lots of bus time ... not worth it for us.
Laurence and Steven were a great guide to the Irish countryside. Really informative and gave us a good amount of time at the attractions. Ticket to the attractions were included in the price FYI. Would definitely recommend for a great day trip out :)
A memorable, well guided tour to the Giant's Causeway, Dark Hedges and Carric-a-Rede Rope Bridge. Extraordinary sights, beautiful Irish landscape! Unfortunately, not knowing why, Dunluce Castle was omitted and replaced by caves near Cushendun (which are not the objects of my interests though). How disappointing! I had decided to choose that specific tour in question, and not any other, mainly because it included Dunluce Castle in its programme. It reads as follows: "We will also do a photo stop at Dunluce Castle. This is the most beautiful castle ruin in Ireland..." Now I have no choice but go back to Northern Ireland again just to see those beautiful ruins
It's really impressive the nature's work. Reaching the bridge was a nightmare. The tour guide said 15 minutes walk. Elder people will take at least 30, in a ups and downs path. At the end scary stairs and wind blowing furiosly. Better see from the edge.
What a beautiful tour! The day was filled with excitement and beautiful views. Our first stop was to Carrickfergus Castle, a Norman Irish castle built in 1177 and one of the best preserved medieval structures in Northern Ireland. Next on our itinerary was the Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge which connects the mainland to the tiny island of Carrick-a-Rede. This bridge is not for the feint-hearted but it was a wonderful experience. There is a lot of walking on this tour so wear comfortable shoes and be prepared for some amazing views. Our next big stop was the Giant's Causeway, a world heritage site with some spectacular and phenomenal natural landscapes. Again more walking but definitely a must see! The last main stop was at the Dark Hedges which is a big deal for you Game of Thrones fans this was featured in Season 2, Episode 1. This tour drove us along the scenic Antrim Highway on the North Atlantic coast we saw full rainbows and numerous sheep and even got a glimpse of the Mull of Kintyre in Scotland but the views were breathtaking! I highly recommend this tour it covers a lot of ground in a short amount of time!
Our tour guide and bus driver was Phil he was informative and very courteous.
Enjoy Ireland it is truly a beautiful country!
OK tour. Sites were good but tour guide didn't really explain too much about sites we visited, would have been nice to have heard more stories, facts about our trip and areas we passed. Weather was awful so couldn't go across the Rope Bridge. Coach was comfortable but would have been nice to have better music on board. Songs were repeated, sound system wasn't too great, overall service was OK but could have been better.
My experience with Viator and Finn McCools has been excellent. The touristic guide, Irial, was very knowledgeable, passionate, approachable for further questions and entertaining. The trips was well-planned with time and arrangements and extra unexpected visits made it even more valuable. I am very satisfied with everything. Well done!!!
