What a great adventure! Be sure to add time in your plans to include this excursion to your itinerary. We not only get a good overview of the Serbia's vast history, we also got an overview of the long history of the fortress. Best of all, we went behind the scenes and saw the Roman Well, the gunpowder room / bunker, amazing Roman ruins, and more. We learned some secrets and heard about unusual usage as recently as the mid-1990's. Darko was our guide and we certainly enjoyed spending time with him.

I would recommend taking this tour with guide Bojan as he is very knowledgeable, friendly,fun loving & will make things interesting. Exploring the underground locations was amazing.
