Make your way to the Bergen Railway, where you'll board a comfortable train for the scenic ride to Voss. Disembark in Voss and transfer to a bus for a ride through the area's quaint villages to Gudvangen. Between the months of May and September, the bus will also travel the steep road to Stalheimskleiva, comprised of hairpin turns and epic views.
Once you reach Gudvangen, step aboard a boat to cruise the UNESCO World Heritage-listed fjords. See both Aurlandsfjord, a picturesque fjord that offers stunning views, and the Nærøyfjord, one of the narrowest in Europe and surrounded by mountains.
Go ashore in Flåm, where you'll get on yet another train that travels the Flåm Railway. Get panoramic views and great photo ops of the surrounding fjords, disembarking in Myrdal. Back on the Bergen Railway, make your return to trip to your starting point.
Once you reach Gudvangen, step aboard a boat to cruise the UNESCO World Heritage-listed fjords. See both Aurlandsfjord, a picturesque fjord that offers stunning views, and the Nærøyfjord, one of the narrowest in Europe and surrounded by mountains.

Beautiful trip definitely worth taking, booking had a few issues

First, the trip was beautiful and absolutely worth seeing. Easy to find the train at the Bergan railway station and the trip to Voss was nice. The bus ride from Voss to the cruise was spectacular, as was the Fjord cruise it self. We had a misting rain on the cruise that made pictures challenging, but it was Norway and it did not distract from the beauty.
A couple of negatives from the tour arranger and thus the lower rating. First when I booked the tour it said we would get out tickets sent a few days prior to our tour date. Two days before I emailed asking why we had not received our tickets. The following day they finally sent them. Being about 12 hours from our train that did not make us overly happy. Next when we got to Voss we were going to look for a quick breakfast as mentioned in the itinerary. We were end of October so maybe it was timing, but there was nothing in the train station and walking along the main street none of the restaurants had opened yet. The only thing we found open was the gas station mini mart across the street. Finally, the last part scenic part of the trip was the Flamm railroad, but when we got our itinerary we saw we had 2 hours in Flamm before out train rather than the 45 minutes we had been told to expect.
At first this sounded good until we realized the 45 minute train ride we were booked on was to depart about 5 minutes after sunset. We were NOT happy and this caused a bit of angst all day during our trip. Luckily the Flamm people were super nice and quickly got us on the earlier train (leaving about 5 minutes after we got our tickets switched). We did not get a chance to see Flamm, but the railroad was definitely better in the daylight!
Overall a very nice day, beautiful views, and the navigation through the train to bus to boat to train to train was actually quite easy to follow. We very much enjoyed the day and would recommend the trip to anyone looking for a look at a large amount of territory in a short time.

It was a smooth experience from booking all through the tour.
Even when we encountered a error on our train ticket, Elena from Easy Travel was super quick to respond and help resolve the situation.
The landscape and scenery was breathtaking and in my opinion this trip is a definite must do in Bergen.

Beautiful scenery. Tour well laid out with breaks. However the tour organizor did not respond to two queries. I had to contact Viator to get help.

I was hesitant to do a self guided tour, but this was really very easy to follow. The scenery from the bus and the train was beautiful. But, the cruise was outstanding. Everywhere you would look it just got better and better. This is a great way to see the countryside and fjord.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had booked thru Viator.

The oversold, overcrowded ferry, and the lack of window seating on the train. There were people (groups) that refused to move so others including myself could take photos of the fjord. There were too many seats/tickets sold for this trip. Also there are not enough window seats on the Fram; cannot believe the email sent to me after purchasing the ticket read, “good luck on getting the best seat”. Never again.

Also, there has to be misunderstanding, I have revised your conversation with our team member: I guarantee there wasn't a phrase like this, just the indication that Myrdal - Flam train has free seat allocation. Unfortunately, we can't book a Flamsbana train or a boat place, since they have free seat allocation, but we hope you will return back in Norway in the winter season when there are not so many tourists.

Great way to see Norway beauty (fjords, waterfalls, lakes) when time is limited. The trip is self guided, however, the buses, trains and ferry cruise were very easy to navigate.
My tour company had excellent communication. Highly recommend!
