Excellent way of seeing Berlin. Transport easy to use, Tickets delivered to Hotel first rate service.
Unbelievable being able to just hop on and hop off any public transport underground rail, overland train, tram and bus even just to go up the hill, plus free entry without queuing up everywhere.
We really enjoyed having the transport and museum passes that come with this pass. Very easy to use. The list of museums on the pass is extensive. Did not have to waste time in lines or buying tickets. Good value for the money.
never did find optional panoramapunkt entry but the dome experience was great city pass was extremely useful: S-Bahn and U-Bahn were easy to use, much more economical than getting single tickets the pkg was delivered to our hotel and presented to us upon registration. Though the museum pass does not include the German History Museum, it did allow for skip-the-line for the museums on Museum Island, a very big plus!
had a great experience, guide was knowledgeable and entertaining - this was my second Berlin tour and will do one again
Very well organized, the necessary cards and documents awaited us at the hotel.
They worked with us to ensure that we received our Berlin Pass and helped make the necessary reservations.
Having the Berlin City Pass made it so easy to get around Berlin. Really helpful when visiting attractions and museums in Berlin. Highlight was the skip-the-line at Reichstag and the fantastic view from the top.
Excellent service was the hotel delivery - the Pass was handed to my by concierge at my arrival.
Saved time and money. Would definitely recommend, especially for a first timer!
trip to Berlin was great, a very exciting city. I am glad I bought this City Pass. It was handed to me at the hotel and allowed me to skip all the lines at the museums. It also doubled as a ticket for the local trains and saved me the hassle of figuring out public transport.

the 6 day pass is a combination off other options ie. two 3 day museum passes, one 7 day travel ticket for zones ABC, a pass for a hop on hop off bus which covers the central area of Berlin, then a pass for two attractions. altogether the packaged worked well but I would probably look closer at purchasing the individual elements in the future. a good service from both Viator and the operator - tickets were waiting at our hotel on arrival which was very useful.
The Berlin city pass was useful. We used it to enter museums and used the transport tickets to visit Potsdam. Skipping the line at Reichstag was also very useful as nobody could really the day we were there unless you had reservations which are provided by booking this tour. If you don't have time to visit many museums then you can do without it and just purchase travel tickets at the metro stations.
Worth getting - but make sure you go online to reserve your Pergamon time separately to be able to skip the line. It's nice that they deliver the pass to the hotel.
As usual with these tours, this one was very good and 'pointed us in the right direction to the places we wanted to investigate further

Everything worked regarding delivery to our hotel and completeness of the package. We found we did not make enough use of all of the options for it to be cost effective.
Waste of time and money. Option of having it delivered to room is a farce. Had to find the place, then no Reichstag ticket or Panoramapunkt.
Didn't really make full use of it. Skip line didn't really work, we registered on line and got thru successfully and it was free.
I don't think this Citipass adds much value beyond the Museum And Berlin cards.
The location listed to pickup tickets was a Tourist Information office what knew nothing about this tour. Called Viator at .50 a minute and a 10 minute call and they sent me 10 blocks away to a shop which had no name and the wrong address. This shop keeper gave me the wrong ticket that had no Optional Panoramapuntk or Reichstage Dome Tickets. The Hop-on, Hop-off tour was interesting but the broken English is hard to understand.
The pass was a total waste of money, the hop on hop off bus tour was for one day only instead of the 2 I thought and it only cost us 60 for 4 of us for a second day...we would have been better of just paying 2 days hop on and hop off at 120 instead of 233 for you pass!

I have already reviewed this tour. I am discussed that I paid for the top of the line tour to get an entry to the Reischtag building. It was not included in my package because it was sold out, apparently. I did not see that this may be the case when I booked otherwise I would not have spent the large amount of money. I have used Viator many many times and I am absolutely discussed that I could be charged so much and given so little. I will go out of my way never to use Viator again.
Neither the City Pass nor the Reichstag Dome Ticket were included in the package when I received it. I only received the museum passes and the bus tickets. I got ripped-off. Calling the Viator office turned out to be a total waste of time as the help provided by the Viator agents turned out to be completely useless.
If I could give a half a star I would this was a horrible pass all my information came in German I do not speak German so I missed one of my events because I could not read it or the timeslot ...the tour bus spoke broken English so that was a waste of tour...this was a waste of money I would never ever buy from this company again
Everything went wrong. After much back and forth with the local Berlin tour person, the crowning glory was when she sent me the final instructions in German. I then emailed her that I did not speak or understand German, and to please send it to me in English, but never heard back from her and did not receive the instructions in English. Fortunately, there was a German speaking man sitting next to us in a restaurant and he translated for me. The second bad thing was that she informed me after the fact that she could not secure the Skip the Line Reichstag Dome tickets after all, but to please enjoy the rest of your tour, as if it were no big deal that this important part of the tour was no longer included. When I told her that this was not acceptable, she procured the tickets for us. Then, when we got to Berlin, we had to waste a whole morning traveling to some out of the way neighborhood in Berlin to exchange the Pdf I'd printed out for the tour vouchers. This office did not open until 12:00 pm, so we wasted an entire morning of our precious time in Berlin. The written materials we'd received said they would be delivered to our hotel, but this was never even offered. This whole thing was a disaster and I am upset that I ever signed up for this tour in the first place and will never use Viator again. You need to better screen your tour providers!
