First time in Bermuda, first time power snorkelling. Brad was very friendly and showed us the ropes. He took us snorkelling off the reef and we saw some beautiful fish and an old shipwreck. It was a great way to spend the morning. Although we swallowed some sea water we were refreshed by a couple of complimentary dark and stormies. Great day.
THE GUIDE..... THE SNORKELING SITE........THE SCENERY...........EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT AND BETTER THAN ANTICIPATED
I loved the tour. Both Stephen, and Chelsea were great people and really great guides. The only suggestion I'd make is; I think they can make it more attractive to non-swimmers if they'd offer vests first. with the "Option" and recomendation that you not wear one to use the power snorkel for diving. I like the option to stay on top of the water and just look down rather than not provided a vest at first. My girlfriend doesn't swim so I wore a vest so I could float near her rather than tire myself out wading.
What a fantastic adventure. It was like being James Bond!! The whole family enjoyed seeing beautiful corals and fish. The leader Ray was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He made the experience amazing. You will not be disappointed!!
It was perfect in every way

This excursion was great! The power snorkel was fun and easy to use, the water was really nice, the meeting location was right near where the cruise docks, the guide was friendly and knowledgeable :
I do recommend, however, that they make people aware in advance not to wear anything with strings as they can get stuck in the power snorkel and then it takes times away from the excursion because the guide has to take the person back to shore to remove the string from the machine. We had two stuck string incidents, one was from shorts and the other from a life vest.
Overall though, it was a great experience!
Guides were good.reefs uninspiring.
I am giving this excursion one star because I take some of the responsibility for it's failure. I didn't fully understand what was involved. The information says it is for adults age 8 - 99. This indicated to me that it was not considered extremely, or even moderately, difficult. My sister and I booked this tour and she was unable to sustain her strength for the activity and we had to go back to shore after only a short while. We are both in our early 60's. I am in very good health and realized after we got going that it was going to take more strength than we had thought. She has RA so it did't take long for her to get worn out, she was actually having some serious difficulty. I understand that her health concerns are not your fault. However, there was nothing in the main body of information for this excursion that indicated how strenuous holding on to and maneuvering the power propeller was going to be. Having a machine to pull you along was one of the attractions to booking this excursion - it made it seems as if it would take less effort, not more. It was a disappointment and a very embarrassing experience for my sister.
