Pictures- yeah, that's not really "museum". "Up to 4 hours" means 45 minutes. "Tasting" means a couple slices of not-even-their-brand of meats at some bar across the street on a paper plate. The "tour guide" was some disappointed college kid who hates her job and the town she's stuck working in (she actually said so). The "tour" was her reading some parts of the captions already printed in the two-room "museum" and pressing PLAY on a couple of the interactive videos. I learned more (which was practically nothing I didn't already know from the labels on deli meat at home) from reading on my own than by listening to her drone on in distracted annoyed reading. This "tour" is a Bazooka gum comic billed as a best selling novel. At least our driver salvaged the trip by taking us on a side trip to a lovely family Villa where they make an absolutely amazing DOP certified balsamic di Modena. I did not receive a response from my initial email to Viator regarding the time and expectations of this tour. Therefore, this is my honest review of the experience.
