We had a lovely time with this cooking course. The chef made accommodations and spoke in both French and English so that we could follow along. The class was fun and information. The food was delicious. The only thing is that we were told that we would be sent the recipes which we never received.
When booking, it stated the food would be traditional french, like confit de canard, foi gras, etc. we made steak and mashed potatos. Something Americans eat all the time. Very disappointed.
