Highly recommend this tour!
KATHRYN_C, Jun 2022
Larry was an incredible guide! He was so friendly and knowledgeable! I chose this tour because the limit is twelve guests (we had 8) and the guide wasn't dressed in a cheesy costume. This was the right choice for sure!! I highly recommend this tour! I learned so much and enjoyed a beautiful day in Boston.
Great walking tour covering a lot of ground

This tour was excellent! We use Viator all over the world, so why not Boston? We are visiting here as tourists for the first time (vs being here for work trips where you are stuck in offices and the airport with no time to play) so we decided to take a local tour. This one is ‘spot on’ what we were looking for. We started near Long Wharf and walked for almost three hours- seeing the sites, learning the history, and discussing the architecture of Boston. You’ll walk along the Freedom trail, see Paul Revere’s grave and then get to pop into a cool little bar for a Sam Adams beer. Our tour guide, Sully, was fantastic, didn’t walk too fast for the group of 9, and took the time to answer the many questions of the group. We ended at the public park (not far from Copley square). Definitely recommend!

Our tour guide was Dylan, and our entire family had a great time. We had already spent some time exploring Boston on our own, but we thought it would be fun to sign up for a Boston History walking tour, and we think it was a great decision! Dylan was an enthusiastic and knowledgeable tour guide. We strongly advise you to join him on a walking tour! He spent two hours explaining in great detail the various historical sites in Boston (Boston Commons, Beacon Hill, Quincy Market, and so on). He answered whatever questions we had and we learned so much about the history of Boston within those two hours. If you are in Boston, we highly recommend that you book this tour!
Excellent Guide

Tim was sharp & smart & overflowing with information. He told a super captivating story of Boston wove together with the architecture around us. Our only complaint was in where we stopped. We always stayed on the sidewalk, really felt like we were in peoples’ way when we could’ve gone into an alley or through a gate or even just on the lawn of the park. But would absolutely recommend!
Great walk around a lovely city

Got left by the group operator couldn’t reach whomever is in charge now going back and forth to get a refund
Response from Host, Mar 2022
Hi Judith, we are sorry to hear about your experience. We would like to sincerely apologise that you were left by the group, even after you called our local contact advising that you'll be 5 minutes late. It appears there was a communication breakdown with the guide advising that you'll be late. Given this, we understand that you have been contacted to apologise for this and have been provided a refund.

We had a great tour with Guido and four other people. I appreciated the smaller size of the group compared with some of the other local tours. He was very knowledgeable and added his personal experience as well as bakery recommendations.
