Drivers are knowledgeable about the area My best advice is to get an early start. There are so many places to visit. Easy to get on and off.
First driver was hard to understand. He talked fast & unclear.

Cheers bar was fun to visit! The driver dropped us off at the door!. Also, the trolleys didn’t run very late. Had to walk back to our train station because trolley was no longer available!

Awesome bus Tour, this is one of the best ways to see the entire cities in 2 hours. Just make sure you know their hours as we missed most of the day and only got to do the tour once instead of the hop on and off special

Good overview of Boston and its history. Our first driver talked too fast and was hard to understand. Second driver, Earnest, was very good and also very kind. I posted a few pictures just to show the issue with getting pictures from the bus with the plastic shades down. Don’t expect this trip to be a “photo shoot” unless it is warm and all the shades are up.

Must do if your short on time. Unfortunately we had only 4 hrs to explore Boston but this trolley tour made it easy & fun to make the most of our limited time. Our driver, North, was informative, entertaining & a native of area. Somehow able to still entertain while driving huge trolley in tight spaces surrounded by a busy city. Definitely worth it if you want to learn history & sit back & enjoy the sights. Next time I visit I'll hopefully have more time to hop off at sights & hop on when I'm ready.

Our first driver/guide at stop #1, REAGAN was a gun! He had a voice as clear as a bell. His commentary seemed complete and came easily to him. He had a lovely Boston lilt. We appreciated how good he is after we had another guide, Maureen was good but Reagan set a high bar. TURTLE was the guide on the sector to seaport. He did not utter a word!!!zero commentary. Anyway we found the tour very worthwhile, armed with the ma we were given it set our activities the next day, all on foot.

I thought KC did a fabulous job. The traffic was gnarly, but he kept his head and did a great job. It was a great way for me to get the lay-out of Boston and figure out what I wanted to do.
A Good Way to See The Sights—Needs Some Work

1 driver/guide was excellent: Bunker. A new fellow named North needs to work on not being monotone and could do better reading his passengers’ demographic (mostly seniors). Our 3rd driver was also good (forgot name). Trolleys vary in seat comfort: hubby is 6’4”, couldn’t even fit on one without legs in the aisle, window coverings were down so I couldn’t see much; another of the trolleys had more leg room and cushioned seats, those were much better. The Viator ads for this need work: better description of stops, made printable! Also a start time was missing (we had to email the company, and they were very responsive), but that should be basic info prior to purchase. They should sell water and other basic travel snacks at Stop 1. Overall good.

Our driver, Earnest, was great! She was an excellent narrator, as well as a very safe driver. We enjoyed learning all kinds of interesting facts about each area of Boston. This is such a convenient and easy way to get around to the most popular sightseeing areas in Boston. *Note: The folks with mobility issues may have some difficulty navigating the trolley steps. Be careful!

We had a wonderful day on the trolley. Our tour guide/ driver was Crafty, relative of Thomas Craft, one of our Revolutionary Hero’s. He was fantastic as our guide, so much information, and a strong voice. I’m a little hearing impaired and could hear everything he said. We rode the entire route just to hear the history and decide where we wanted to hop off. On our second trip around we decided to visit the USS Constitution and Museum. So much history. We ran out of time, so I would highly recommend a 2 day pass. And be sure to ask for Crafty as your guide!
