Fantastic tour to see where the beginnings of America took place. We thoroughly enjoyed this one. Also the bus driver/tour director was terrific. Knew all the details and more. He was quite a character and took his job very seriously. It was well worth going on this tour.

The tour started on a sour note. After we arrived by ship at the cruise terminal I was told it only a short 15 minute walk to the closest hotel pick-up. The walk is actually at least one mile and closer to a 30 minute walk or longer for some seniors. If I knew my party would have taken a cab. The tour itself was informative but due to a late return of a passenger at Lexington Battle Green our time was shortened at Concord not leaving us time to walk to the visitor center. The Cambridge portion is just view out the bus window while driving to Lexington. Mind you unless you had a desire to see Harvard or MIT no real need to stop. Getting off at Quincy Market and not returning to the hotel allowed us to pick-up the Hop-on/ Hop-off bus tour of Boston located nearby.

Very good tour, highlight of Boston. There was confusion about the site where we were to bed popped off at the end of the tour. We assumed it would be at the hotel where we were picked up. The drop off point was somewhere else. The bus driver was great . He took us back to the hotel

Do not recommend that tour participants walk to a nearby hotel. Ship does not dock until after hotel pickup. instructions should be to take a taxi from the ship to the tour originating terminal.

2 star rating: It was OK, but could have been better November 2017

The tour was great, very informative and interesting. Enjoyed it very much. However, there needs to be better communication on how to get from the ship to the tour starting point. We got off the ship and were basically stranded at the pier. After considerable effort and expense on our part we were able to get to downtown to catch the tour. Better communication on your part.

1 star rating: I do not recommend this September 2015

The tour was far too short to learn and explore the rich history. I will have to return and explore those places on my own.
