We booked this tour for our second day while staying in Boston. We booked it through the Viator website listed. It was painless.
This tour is a full 7 hours including stops and lunch and can run over so long as everyone is in agreement due to traffic.
Frankie was our tour guide bus driver and he is very knowledgeable and funny cracking jokes along the way. The bus is a large enclosed coach with AC and nice comfy seats. The audio system in the bus is very good and easy to hear. There is also a washroom on the bus but I'd likely only use it in emergency. There are plenty of stops to get out and use washrooms.
The tour is very long but didn't seem long. We had a couple of unforeseen hiccups that caused unusual traffic but Frankie kept us mostly on time of course with everyone's consent.
We had a wonderful day and enjoyed the tour immensely!
One recommendation I would give, is sit on the right side of the bus!! About 90 of the sites pointed out come up on the right and our bus was fairly full. Although we did get to see most of the sights, it would have been better sitting on the right side instead of the left.
It was an amazing day. We hit all the highlights, which allowed us to come back to visit our favorites the next day. Frankie our tour guide kept everything lively and was very informative. This was a great tour for my 16 year old granddaughter and myself.
Our bus driver Frank was fantastic! Highly recommend this comprehensive and relaxing tour.
Everything was OUTSTANDING! I don and #39;t think you could find a better tour guide than MARK.Would like one of the stops to be Fenway. But I would recommend this is the BEST water to see Boston!
Our tour guide/driver, Mark, was very informative. He knew everything anyone could hope to learn. He was funny, too! The best part was being introduced to our new, favorite root beer ever. Thanks!
Our tour was great! Though there was confusion in the beginning, about which bus was ours, we ended up on the right bus and had a wonderful and informative your. So much history! Our tour guide, Scott maybe, was wonderful!
Great tour to learn about the the history of the area. Definitely worth the time.
This was a wonderfully historic tour to Lexington and concord with excellent commentary on the start of the Revolution. Our driver, an older man, was so knowledgable and relly gave us a sense of the history
Mootaz Salman United Kingdom
Good tour, good guide and helpful tour company. They offer me to re-schedule the tour since I miss the start of my tour because of the crazy traffic at that day. If you are outside Boston, plan to have a very good time before the tour for the traffic
Best city tour I have ever done. Did the Boston in One Day Tour. Frankie was an excellent guide. Saw and learned so much.
Frankie was great. Enjoyed the length of the tour and the sights. I think the only constructive feedback would be that some of the tour route doesn't make sense during high traffic times. Spend more time just trying to get 2 miles to the next attraction. Maybe think about more congested parts of the tour coming earlier in the day. Otherwise it was great.
Excellent choice, nice place visited and also is very important to learn more about history specially where the Independence started.
Great Tour! Mark our driver and guide was awesome! The best way to see Boston and the great history of the region in one day.
Very good overview/comprehensive tour. Tour guide/bus driver did an excellent job narrating and accommodating.
Our tour was probably the best tour we have ever taken, from the pick up at our hotel, to the drop off. I would give the credit to our tour guide/driver, Frankie!! He was informative, humerous, and more than willing to go out of his was to give us the best tour ever! Thank you again Fankie!
This tour was great! Franky very helpful, fun and informed. We learned tons of history with him
Frankie is outstanding, informative and dedicated to his job. Not that this is a requirement, but his devotion to the history of Boston is an added bonus. We took a long trip from Houston and the best part of Boston was the bus tour. Thanks.
Frankie was a very knowledgable guide especially with Revoluntionary War history.
Frankie was a wonderful tour guide. We were able to see so many attractions, He was prompt in picking us up and he knew all the details at each stop. I will surely use Viator tours again!
The Boston in one day tour was more than just a tour, it was a local adventure! From start to finish, the whole experience was nothing short of impeccable service. But what really made the whole experience come together was our guide Frank from Brush Hill tours. Frank was knowledgeable, charismatic, professional, personable, and gracious just to name a few of his finer qualities. I highly recommend this tour, and my companions and I that went recommend Frank!!
Loved it! Frankie was educational and entertaining. Great experience
We loved seeing the American Revolution historical sites. Great guide, Frankie!
