    Kids like the duckboat and science museum , both the children’s museum and, the Aquarium are close on Tuesday, the city sightseeing trolley doesn’t accept this city pass

    I'm sure my review would be a lot different if I had actually received my pass. Bought two using Viator. Paid $326 for the 3 day pass. Did not get to use it once as I never received the QR code. Called and the sent me the link 3 times to no avail. Asked for a refund and was informed all"sales" are final. How is it a sale if I never received the product? Buyer be very cautious. I know I won't use Viator again.

    Everything went well the first 2 days. The QR codes disappeared on the 3rd day. We missed the Revere home tour and the hop on hop of city view tour. So, it was not worth the 3 day pass since we only got 2 days. So disappointed!

    3rd Party headache, Do not waste the money.

    Viator is a 3RD party and is not the actual GoCity company. Our tickets sent to us after purchase we're not valid at our destination. The venue thought they were fake. I spent over an hour fighting to get it fixed. Once it finally was fixed anyone we encountered at the venue ticketing line had horror stories about viator and warned us against using them again. Plus I didn't actually save any money since we only had time to visit 2 locations on our 1 day pass and buying outright tickets at the venues would have been the same price and zero headache. I do NOT recommended using this 3rd party. I've had outstanding luck with CityPass Boston and I've heard good things about the GoCity site itself but do NOT use this 3rd party.

    I was nervous after reading some of the negative reviews. I am glad I tried it anyway. The app itself did not scan like they said, I had to have the tickets sent by email. Both tickets were sent in one email; they scanned with no problem. We definitely got our money's worth. I would definitely use this service again.

    Total waste of money. The booking wouldn't open to use and I lost 2 days of the tickets due to the second lost becasue I couldn't ge the tickets to work on the first day.

    So easy go use. My family did the children's museum (made a reservation by email) , the aquarium ( made a reservation by email), the USS constitution, the 2 day trolley, franklin park zoo and legoland. We had a 2 day pass. We crammed as much in as possible and had the time of our lives. Worth the money because we saved tons in the long run.

    The places we visited were great (Franklin zoo and New England aquarium) but the go city pass was not worth it I would have paid less going to those actual places, the pass let’s you go go every attraction, the catch is try doing all of those before 5pm at least because thats the latest time everything closes and with traffic etc. pros is the pass is convenient to scan and go but you still need to wait in line regardless

    We loved the New England Aquarium! It was great that we could enjoy it immediately, skipped the lines. The pass worked well for the 2 days we planned to sightsee, learn the history, and visit the attractions.

    STOP. Don’t waste your money. Using the Viator app was easy. However, I bought 3 day, 40 attractions, Boston passes. But did not know the passes could only be used 1 day. We could only do a couple attractions 1 day, which would have costed me A LOT less than the passes did. I read all the reviews and fine print but did not see anything that informed me of this. Buy tickets online through the the places you want to visit some give you a discount. It made our Boston visit costly and we cut our visit 2 days short.

    My son and I had a great time. We went to Boston for the day. We got our trolley tickets headed to Aquarium, enjoyed science museum, hop on trolley and Harbor boat cruise. We didn't have any issues at all. We were at aquarium at 11 they were selling tix for 2pm entry, with Citypass we were allowed to go right in. Totally worth every penny.

    Money wrongfully taken from my account for 2 bookings when I confirmed ONLY ONE.

    Hello I’m writing this review because this company took money from my account for two bookings. We decided to go on a two day tour instead of a one day tour which I did not confirm the one-day tour and they charge me for both. I spoke to several people to get my refund on one at least of these two bookings. Then none of the places that were on the bookings of the 40 attractions we’re open or excepting the all inclusive vouchers. I was very disappointed that as a travel nurse to this area I was stolen from basically and This 3rd party vender so I was told by ghost city. Ghost city also was a part of refusing to speak to me about my refund. I know there are terms and conditions that I was unaware of however in the world of being fair in a business transaction this company should have gave me my refund. I would never do a person or persons so dirty. I suggest no one book from vrator.com. One more thing. I did not confirm the first booking. Which was through my email. Because I got the two day booking. I opened the email after I looked at my bank account to verify that they had charged me twice!!

    The Aquarium was awesome! The hop on/hop off trolley only ran a minimum number of hours and nothing after 4:30 PM. If you are using the multi pass for that, don’t waste your money. It seems Boston only wants people to use the trolleys during the day, not in the evening/night time.

    THE TEA PARTY IS NOT INCLUDED. it offers it as an option and was a huge reason for us to get the pass. When we tried to buy our tickets they said they don’t partner with the go pass and we would still have to pay. Felt a little like a waste of money.
