A wonderful full day excursion. There was great variety to the stops along the way, and some time to browse at the gift shops. Highly recommended

Good tour. Don't spend too much time on lunch because time in Plymouth is limited.

We had a fabulous tour! We highly recommend this trip. Brian, was our driver and our guide. We could not ask for a better guide. Brian gave us great information and recommendations for places to eat. We enjoyed learning about the area because Brian gave us commentary on our drive to and from Boston. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed this trip. We stopped at the plantation and got to see what it was like to live back in the 1600s. Very interesting. I also really enjoyed that the people at the plantation were speaking as if it was literally back in that time period. So funny to make reference to things like kids and the actors wanted to know why we would be talking about baby goats. Funny! We then stopped at the Grist Mill. Very interesting to see the process for grinding corn. Plymouth rock is also very interesting, and super small. For some reason, I was expecting it to be bigger. The very last stop was at the at the Monument of the Forefathers. It was by far the highlight of the trip. Loved it!

Highly recommended for all. We are a family of three who enjoyed the history during this trip. The Mayflower was not available and is currently going thru some work done. Our guide was very animated and full of enthusiasm about his tour. There's no shortage of stories and knowledge right there.

Sam was terrific. Though not American by birth he has taken time to learn about our history and culture, a walking encyclopedia of revolutionary war history as well as history of the first settlements. A joyful day. My grandchildren learned huge amounts of history. Thanks. Money well spent. Pam

I cannot say enough things about the bus driver-guide, Brian! From the start of the trip until the very end he provided entertainment and insight which made the day fly by. Obviously very knowledgeable and experienced he brought so much to this event. I wholeheartedly recommend the trip and event to one and all.

This tour was well paced and our guide, Sam was professional and accommodating. Sam served as both driver and guide. He was knowledgeable and drove well. The trip allowed for ample time at the plantation. We visited for about 2 1/2 hours at the plantation. The place was very interesting and the actors who portrayed the Native Americans and Pilgrims were excellent. The tour then continued on to the Plymouth Grist Mill where we saw a very interesting presentation. Our final stop was the bay of Plymouth. We were given two hours for lunch, exploring the town, and to see Plymouth Rock. It was a great day trip!

My family took a tour to Plymouth MA with Sam on July 10th. It was a great experience. Sam was very informative and entertaining!!! The Plymouth Village was very realistic. The actors play actual people who lived in the village in the 17th century. I highly recommend taking this bus trip from Boston!!!

Bob, our bus driver, kept us entertained with stories and historical information on the way to and from Plimoth. We greatly enjoyed the travel through time and interacting with the colonists. It was great to visit the Mayflower. Loved the tour.

Pick-up was on time and at right spot, just across the road from our hotel. Transfer to the actual tour bus was very smooth and well organised. The tour itself went without a hitch apart from the awful weather - just like being at home! Our tour guide, Herb, gave us lots of information and anecdotes on the way to Plimoth but gave us plenty of quiet time to just enjoy the journey. The Plantation experience was wonderful, all the staff and enactors were great and really put the colony into its correct historical context. It's a pity the weather was so bad that a leisurely stroll through the village was out of the question but what we were able to see was superb.
The Mayflower 2 was another great experience with costumed enactors and staff really bringing the whole visit alive. Plymouth itself was a bit of a let down, again not helped by the teeming rain. The Rock which everyone has heard of is very underwhelming! Delevered back to the hotel in plenty of time to dry off before going for dinner.
A very worthwhile and enjoyable trip which we'd all recommend.

Fantastic! The Native American portion was so interesting I had a hard time getting my niece to leave it. Then we went to the plantation and it was like another world. Little homes, gardens, communal ovens, roosters crowing, and actors dressed in Pilgrim garb. They stay in character and talked to us as though they were living in the homes. I loved the whole day!
