We can pick up from most hotels and motels in Broome, however we are unable to collect guests from Air BnB's or private residences. We also offer a pick up from Broome Visitor Information Centre

Due to safety requirements on the seaplane we have a weight restriction maximum of 265 pounds (120 kilograms) per person
Your weight in kilograms must be provided at the time of booking
The boat ride through the Horizontal Falls may not be suitable for women who are more than 26 weeks pregnant. Any women joining our tour whilst in any stage of pregnancy should seek their doctors approval prior to travel.
Please advise any special dietary requirements at the time of booking.
The Horizontal Falls is a natural phenomenon which are influenced by fluctuating tides that vary on a daily basis

We loved the plane flight up with low level flying. The lunch was very nice. The staff were very pleasant. Was looking forward to HF but it was the low light. Afternoon tour and tide times obviously misjudged. Couldn’t go through the narrow gap first time because too high. Were taken back to pontoon where another group took priority over us. I believe this group has already gone out in the morning and been through the gaps. By the time they were returned and we were taken down the tide has dropped significantly and there was almost no turbulence. To make up for this moon event we endured several high speed dashed through the narrows with donuts which were both excessive and multiple. I think this was supposed to satisfy our thrill seeking adventure. I have done this with another company a few years previously and it was a much better and exciting adventure. To do the second attempt at the Falls we had to sacrifice the river trip so we actually achieved very little at Horizontal Falls. I would hope that the Company might gift a video package each of a generic nature so that we can experience on video what we didn’t get to see. Paying nearly $1000 for a half day tour not to do or see what we paid for is not what I feel I could recommend to anyone. It was to be the highlight of our trip and the feeling in the bus on the way back was very much that it was disappointing and expensive.

From start to finish it was awesome. The seaplane experience with our fantastic pilot Tonya was just wonderful, you get such a different experience looking at the country from the air. We were fortunate to have high tides for our Horizontal falls "drive thru", at high speed, like being on a roller coaster. Lunch was great, shark feeding and cruise thru the gorge also memorable. What impressed me the most was the knowledge these young people shared with us about the natural wonders and wildlife. I would highly recommend this be bucket list material.

A mind blowing experience

We both loved the whole trip starting with the ride in the seaplane, what a hoot. Very impressed with our pilot for her landings on water and then back home at the airport. Dan our boat driver and guide shared lots of information about the bays, cliffs and the falls, plus we loved the high speed rides through the falls. We thought breakfast was good and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Oh and I mustn't forget we loved the shark feeding, I would have loved to be in the water but it was a bit chilly. I took heaps of great photos particularly on the way home. We couldn't recommend this experience enough to people, we are going to find it a bit difficult to top for the rest of our trip. Thank you to everyone it was excellent.

It was all fantastic, the seaplane trip up from Broome and over the falls first before landing was stunning. The fast boat to the falls and multiple passes through the falls was incredible and exilorating. Then the cruise through cyclone creek was beautiful. Oh and the barramundi bbq lunch was delicious.
