We were standing there waiting, and the guide didn't show. I was getting email in my room but my phone was off to avoid $10/day charges. I turned it on to find a message. They wanted to arrange the next day, but we were leaving. I still have not received credit on my card.

Great tour. The Guide - Angela was very well informed and gave us detailed information into a lot of the buildings and history of Bruges. My wife and I were the only people on the tour that day and would've been better if we had a few more minutes to take pictures etc. Still a good and short tour.

Excellent tour. Our guide Angela was full of knowledge and titbits about Bruges. On the local tourist maps there are the must dos and then a lot of other places of interest. We walked the others in the morning not really knowing what was covered in the tour. It turned out to be a good choice, and was worthwhile. The Belfry is worth a visit too.

Angela was fantastic. We had a group of 5 from age 14 to 74 and she kept us all interested and moving around the city. Definately recommend. We only 36 hours in Brugge and she showed us the city and gave us the history and also some recommendations for after tour activities.
