Viator Traveler's Reviews

I paid twice for the meal. The Hard Rock Café in Brussels for my disappointment did not take into account my viator gold menu voucher despite I showed when I arrived at HR and also sent it by e-mail to the manager as I was requested to do.
We were seated immediately, upon our arrival, at one of the best tables to see the beautifully restored 16th century buildings on the Grand Place. Our server, Despina, was excellent and took care of our every need (including dietary.) The view from the upper floor of the Grand Place was awesome.
Did not wait longer than 2 minutes to be seated. Was offered inside or outside table. Wait staff and manager were very friendly. Everyone very accommodating with my 79-year-old disabled mother-in-law. Food was what you can expect from Hard Rock - very consistent with the brand. They were out of a few selections on the Diamond menu, but the replacement selections were fine.
If you want to visit this cafe, you must book your visit from Viator unless you like to wait in front of the door for at least 1 hour. We have only waited for about 10 minutes. We skipped the huge line.
The place itself it's interesting, but it's way too tiny and crowded. Food is average, too expensive for its real value. If you want to eat something at least close to the idea of healthy food, you'll be disappointed. The place is all about junk food. Worth a visit, but nothing more than that.
