The half day tour was an enjoyable way to spend an afternoon. We had the chance to visit various types of sites/memorials and gain a deeper understanding of the history and culture of Romania. We enjoyed the drop-off/pick-up at the hotel and the ability to move around the city without having to walk to each site. Our tour guide was knowledgable and entertaining.

A pleasant taste of Bucharest on a cold day in December. Tour guide Roberto was friendly and witty and the tour itself a good mix of history, culture and current affairs. Bucharest has a lot more to offer than I had expected.

The half day tour in Bucharest covers a lot of ground and history and is definitely worth the time and money. Our guide, Mary, and the driver were wonderful. Her English was fantastic and she was very patient with us. We visited the Parliament, the Village Museum, and the city centre, as well as drove all over seeing many more buildings of importance. I loved all of the sights that we saw as well as all of the information about Romania and its history that she told us. We saw so much in four hours that I would not have been able to see or get to on my own, but it left us with the rest of the day to explore on our own as well.

Good tour.
Unfortunately it rained on us the entire morning.
Nice overview.

Guide, Daniel was great, i think we saw much more than the tour actually called. He was very knowledgeable about all areas of the old town

Guide was excellent. Very knowledgeable and positive. Focused on main sites but also gave details of history and related to her own family. This added an extra dimension that made experience special. Only change suggested is to take water in car as extremely hot!

Very knowledgeable guide. Adapted slightly to the needs of one tourist without disruption in any way. We were very impressed by Marie, our guide's knowledge and sensitivity. When asked a question about Jewish prisoners she accessed two other information sources to get the correct answer to a subject very personal to one in our group. Interesting tour.

A great tour with Daniel, our guide. He was very knowledgeable and a great photographer: Since we didn't spend a lot of time at the Village Museum, he took us to Chaucescu's house - fantastic sight and not to be missed if you like that history and a peek inside a dictator's life. The only thing he forgot to show is are the ruins of the Princely court in the center of Bucharest. Too bad, but our last guide mentioned it so we managed to see it.
