This is a great place. The baths are authentic. The architecture is special. So the mood is genuine. The part which looks like Turkish baths is a good experience.Privacy is respected although it's crowded. It's more intimate than in Szechenyi baths. The massages were highly competent.A pity the shop was closed.I'd like to buy a bath towel as a souvenir!!

Very busy place, a little confusing getting around to locker, towels, etc., but was able to get help from the people working there.

3 star rating: Worth doing October 2016

Massage was great! Baths and pools were well maintained. Service was below average...most employees had their heads buried in their cell phones. Was extremely upset that our 4:00 massages were moved to 6:00 p.m. which we discovered only at our told arrival time of 3:15. There were no options since refunds are not given so we had to cancel other evening plans that we were highly looking forward towards. Would not return.

The massage was very much worth it! The Spa is very nice by its architecture, but gets really busy and noisy. It is also not kept very clean. You definitely need to take some bath footwear. But it is worth a look.

Spa Entrance. Hmmmm, theres a thing. Finding the entrance is just one of many, many challenges in this place. Collecting tickets, getting wrist bands, following the map, finding the cabins to change in, finding someone to lock the cabin cupboard so your stuff doesn't get stolen, finding the entrance AGAIN, finding the right stairwell to get up to the VIP massage. I was exhausted by the sheer confusion in all of this. If I had not paid up front, I would have just given up and gone to the bar. Honestly, why does it have to be so confusing and hard work to get a massage? The massage itself was amazing. But tainted by the Herculean effort required to find it.

The place was dirty. The people were not helpful. The worst massage that I have ever had. Quite a let down.
