Excellent tour and valid for 48 hours. It was the best way to see the sights of Budapest and get to know such a wonderful city.
Great tour near everything. Just hard to figure out the schedule when you were at far off stops.
Perfect way to see the city and learn about the history with the on board system. Tones of busses while saved dollars on taxis.
Excellent route coverage of city and environs lots of well-placed stops detailed and informative narrative which worked very well in English. Bus was rather cold and breezy on rainy day.
This is a perfect way to get oriented to the city, learn some fun and interesting facts, and stop at the sites you want to spend more time at. For the money, it's worth it!
Fantastic tour and great value. We did the 2 bus tours and also the river cruise. The commentary was fantastic and we thoroughly recommend this tour.
Best way to see a new city and not to mention a cheaper alternative than getting a taxi everywhere. They have 18 stops around major city attraction and restaurants. Not to mention there is a bus available every 20 minutes, so if you do get off at a location for lunch just walk back to the same or a stop nearby and hop right on.
Tour included a boat ride on Danube along major historical parts of the city.
What a great way to get acquainted with Budapest. The only criticism is that both the Yellow and Red routes cover a major portion of the heart of both Buda and Pest, but there is no effort to get further outside of the heart of Budapest. I would love to see some of the outlying areas and get more of a feel for the entire city.
Great way to get an overview of the city so that you can figure out what you want to do.
Outstanding value for two days of hitting the top touring spots and interesting briefings on the local area history
Excellent bus tour and good commentary. Good value for money. We did the boat tour the day after and this was really good also.

Excellent - a 48 hr ticket covering two daytime bus lines, a night bus, AND a river boat tour. There is so much to see in Budapest, the best way to see it all is with this 'Hop on Hop off' bus. In terms of value for money would recommend this as one of the best!
This was the best way to view the city! It was our first time in Budapest and this gave us a terrific overview of the important things that are a must see in this evolving metropolis. Convenient pick-ip spots and lots of information on this historic part of the world.
All the bus's were on time as per timetable. Staff very courteous and professional. We had a very good experience with Hoppa, and would recommend it.
FWe had an amazing day in Cope Hagen on a stop over. The HOHO bus is excellent but, even more amazing, was the river cruise. That is the best way to see Copenhagen. Hundreds of people are on the canals in 6 person boats, complete with a table, eating and drinking beer and wine while travelling around the canals. The shores were lined with locals in deck chairs giving such a great sense of community and enjoyment.
We had pleasand days. It is a good way, to see Budapest. Always again!
Fantastic way to see all the sights around Budapest with the minimum of wear and tear on the feet. Between the 2 routes, you can see pretty much everything, and the boat trip was the icing on the cake. Brilliant value as well
We used the Hop On Hop Off bus while we were in Budapest in June. It was a great way to see the city. There were many stops where we could get on or off the bus. We purchased our tickets online before we arrived in Budapest which was also very convenient.
I hadn't realized there were so many different bus lines. Once we got it, it was great
We did both boat tours. The shorter one in the evening, after dark - breath taking! The longer one in the day and took advantage of the stop on Margaret Island. Both well worth it - beautiful and informative. We like the longer routes of the hop on hop off bus - the ones that go out of the city core - you get to see stuff you can't see on foot. Right in the centre of the city - the bus is stuck in traffic all the time - better to see that stuff on the walking tours. The staff of this company was all very friendly and helpful.
