Nora gave us a delightful, personalized tour in Budapest. She described of the origins of coffee into Hungry, and of the creation of Budapest's Dobos torte. We were amazed at how the coffee shops were used as as networking tools years ago by politicians, doctors etc, the marketing methods of using painters to generate business, the regulations to qualify as a coffee house, and the grand old buildings. The sampling of the the wine, cheeses and original tortes was great, but the best part was hearing Nora describe the origins, history and general aspects of Hungry's culture. This was by far, our best tour in Budapest. Thank you Nora.

We enjoyed this tour. Nora our guide was knowledgable and engaging without turning it into a history lecture. We visited 3 different places and the walks between places allowed for additional discussion about Budapest. Be warned that this is a substitute for dinner as you will not likely be hungry after you are done.

My wife and I spent a very enjoyable couple of hours with Nora on the 'Coffee House' tour. It was more like meeting a friend, who has a passion for coffee and love of Budapest. During the visit to the 3 coffee houses, we sampled, as well as coffee and hot chocolate, but also a glass of Hungarian wine, very nice plus various cheeses and cake.
Next time to Budapest we would book the food tour with Nora.
