Learning about wines in Hungary can be difficult, due to the language differences. However, this experience brought people from several countries who spoke English in an intimate setting. We drank five wonderful wines, paired with local cheeses and meats, then bought our favorites for less than $8 per bottle. At the end, they were very helpful in securing a ride back to our hotel. Life is good when you have made new friends!

Thomas gave us a truly fantastic experience which was really fun and educational. Everything was delicious and it was really nice to try new things that I wouldn’t normally eat/drink myself. It was also a fun way to meet other people visiting Budapest! We would love to come back and do it again, thank you Thomas for a memorable afternoon!

Lovely wine and cheese/charcuterie platter. Learned a lot about Hungarian wine. Sebastian is a great host as he is incredibly knowledgeable about wine and friendly. Highly recommended (don’t have a big lunch before as the food is delicious). You can also buy some of wines across the street.

The host was excellent and engaging, really learnt a lot about Hungarian wine. Was a relaxing experience and you can taste at your own pace. All 5 wines were Hungarian and excellent and the cheese and charcuterie complimented the wines really well. We really enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend it. It's definitely worth the price!
