The company worked with us arriving at different airports but we had upgraded to a 5-star hotel. The one they booked us in was 3 star at best. We spent the last night on our own dime in a true 5-star which was lovely. Our city tour of Buenos Aires was slow to start. We were the first to be picked up and we sat on the bus one and a half hours before the tour began. They never picked us up for our Tango show so they made it up to us the last night taking us to a show. They also forgot to pick us up for the airport and after three calls, they finally sent a car. Overall experience would be a 3 and I feel I'm being generous with that.
