They were late with no notice to me. They blamed it on traffic. I was given no instructions on where to meet. I had to pay a taxi to take me to my hotel.

We had traffic in the middle in General Paz Highway and and little traffic near the airport. Your custom line was faster than usual that as we told you it can take 40 minutes or more. The driver will not answer you by phone while he is driving to look for you. He arrived just 10 minutes later and he contacted you by phone in order to meet you in the hall in order to pick you up and you said you don't care. We refund you 100 % so we loosed our time and money with your service. You are the first passenger in 5 years with this stupid and fake speach. And try to think with your small brain. 5 to 10 minutes is not too late. Too late will be 30 minutes or 1 hour.
