My wife and I had a great time here. They put us at this romantic table on the side. We did not get the dinner, but that is ok. The dancing was really amazing. Great way to experience an important part of Argentinian culture.

A wonderful venue and stage show, that is highly recommended for Tango enthusiasts and those that are wanting to know more about the art. The only downside is the extremely overpriced beverage list at the venue, that clearly targets tourists given that Buenos Aires serves very affordable drinks even at its most exclusive venues, but this is only a side note to an otherwise recommended night out.

Excellent show, very much enjoyed it. We did not do the dinner but had a great view of the stage, if possible ask to be seated up stairs. Minor complaint was the poor quality of the included white and red wines, for a country known for great wines, these were not it...

Food was not as good as I expected, everywhere I ate beef in Argentina it was exceptional except here it was mediocre at best. Show was a 4 star but not the food.

Beautiful theatre. Food was excellent! We did the VIP dinner. The dance was very interesting and enjoyable. This was all paled by a 1 hour movie while serving the food that was the history of tango. Unfortunately, the movie was inaudible!! When I asked to turn up the volume, I was told that and #39;s the way it is. What a waste of time. I was really interested in the history and only by reading the subtitles could I understand what was going on, but couldn and #39;t hear anything. Very disappointing part of the show. Not worth $560 for a couple.

It was very expensive and we had to wait an hour before any dancing began. We had complementary drinks but not even s bowl of nuts offered. The tango dancers were very good but overall I was disappointed.

I was expecting a more slick overall experience, but it failed to deliver. Food was mediocre, the service was fair though. The venue has some of the old-world charm, but guests are really jammed close together at the dinner tables, resulting in elbows knocking and waiters bumping into ones head.and shoulders. The show itself would appear to be a tribute to Gardel and his music, so the emphasis lies there, musicians and vocalists. Great talent in the band, especially the pianist. There are the tango dancers, of course, and theyre a delight to watch, but the show lacked cohesion and passion. It felt flat.
One irritation is that guests are using cell phones during performance. Im not sure if this is allowed, but if not, no one is enforcing the rule. It really detracts from the experience, having flashes going off and screens glowing. Word of advice - if its a rule, try to apply it.

First, let me say that this rating is due to an otherwise spectacular performance marred by the incredibly terrible service. The dancers were amazing, the musicians were top-notch. We ordered a cheese platter for two at an outrageous price, were only given one drink wine was supposed to be included with the 200 tickets, but the waiters studiously avoided ever returning to the table, and at the end of the night, when we asked for our platter to go, we were told we were 'not permitted' to take them to go. Upon complaining, we were given some nonsense about how it was to uphold the restaurant's reputation in case we took it back, left it out too long, and got sick, and how they would be responsible. Ultimately, they admitted that, despite the enormous entry fees and outrageously overpriced food, they don't bother to purchase to go containers or plastic bags, and that's why we couldn't take it.
