Great tour. The Tigre Delta is beautiful and lots to see. If you were ever in the Catskill mountains in 60's or earlier it reminds you of the time when not everyone had a car and relied on the daily delivery trucks of different products for sale. That's the Tigre Delta. Small Island formed by the silt. Each island has a small group of bungalows with the only means of transportation is via the Delta boats. They have water Taxis, floating mini supermarkets, floating clothing stores and other general products. The homes or bungalows are the old and the beautiful new. Highly recommend for full day outing
We had a beautiful day there. Our guide was friendly and we enjoyed the whole day. The boat ride out to the delta was smooth and fast. When we got out to the Tigre delta islands they slowed so we could appreciate the feel of the island homes.
Lunch was very good and we enjoyed the whole experience.
This was an excellent tour with an enjoyable boat ride and an excellent snack at a restaurant in Tigre. Natalia was an excellent tour guide who was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable.
Nice boat ride after being picked up at the hotel. We received coffee and cookie upon the start of the ride that was a nice surprise. The ride on the boat was good and informative about the Delta and its people. We had a traditional brief lunch with empanadas followed by a walk in the market. Very pleased with the tour.

Our guide Eugenia was great. The colonial town of San Isidro is interesting. The boat trip out of Buenos Aires and on the delta is fantastic. I highly recommend this tour.

We enjoyed the Delta!
The tour began from our hotel and proceeded directly to the port. You board a great boat that takes you along the river that separates Argentina and Uruguay. The tour then proceeds to the delta which illustrates life on the islands adjacent to the mainland. After departing the boat, you will enjoy a nice Argentinian snacks and have some time for shopping at Fruit Market. You will then proceed to the town of San Isidro where you will exit the coach and do a limited amount of walking through the neighborhood and visit a church. You will then return back to your hotel in Buenos Aires.
Esteban makes the tour interesting and engages with clients from all over the world. This tour is appropriate for any visitor.
This was a beautiful tour away from the congestion of the city. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful scenery and our tour guide was great.
We enjoyed a great day on the Tigre delta with our guide who picked us up at the hotel and drove us to the delta area. River conditions cancelled the BA to Tigre boat tour and that probably resulted in a more interesting trip as we saw the many different communities on the way. The delta tour was very interesting - giving a good overview of a very unique lifestyle. Don't miss it!!
This was a five hour trip that included a boat ride from Buenos Aires along the Rio do la Plata to the Parana Delta with some exploration of the channels in the delta before landing at Tigre. At Tigre you board a small bus and stop for a substantial snack empanadas and a beverage at a local restaurant, 20 minutes or so to explore the Fruit Market primary handicrafts and furnishings Then a ride back to Buenos Aires with one stop to see the cathedral in San Isidra. Our guide, Julia, spoke clearly, even my father, who is hard of hearing, could understand her. The tour included being picked up and dropped off at our hotel, which was convenient.
Really enjoyed the Tigre Delta Tour. Especially seeing all the fantastic homes on the river. After the river we stopped and the guide provided us with empanadas and water. The empanadas were delicious. We set up on top of the boat and had great views.
Excellent trip with fabulous guide. Would really recommend and will do again on our next trip to BA! Thank you for sharing your knowledge of your beautiful city with us!
great navigation of almost 2hs, panoramic view of Buenos Aires and then the channels of the Delta, amazing guide. We love it!
Fabulous tour with a wonderful guide who spoke excellent English. The boat ride, sights, lunch and tour of the Delta area was terrific. We learnt more on this day about Argentina than all the time we were there. Worth the money
We really enjoyed this excursion. It was a very small group and the tour was excellent. Very much fun and very informative.
Enjoyed this very much - lunch was especially nice since our wonderful tour guide joined us and we were able to learn about her life and her family. Area was fantastic.

Great guide. Spoke english well and very knowledgable. The tour company is superior to others in the area.
I spent that day with Natalia at San Isidro and Tigre and on a boat touring the Delta. She is very knowledgeable and engaging. Speaks English perfectly and will tell you a lot about Argentina. We would highly recommend this tour. She also made himself available to us with recommendatins for other activities.
From go to end this was a fabulous way of seeing beyond Buenos Aires if you only have limited time. Time spend at the waterfront market was a fraction too long
Marcela was a great guide! She was very friendly and knowledgeable. The river cruise was both fun and relaxing.
A nice way to get out of the city and see some of the delta. If you like boats you'll like this tour. The guide was very good and answered our questions in English. You can see how folks live along the river and adjacent high end neighborhoods. They dropped us off where we asked them to instead of our hotel.
Great Tour of the Tiger area, lovely area . If the tour is not on a weekend the markets are not worth visiting. Tour guide Marcela was a very good host
We loved our tour guide and the small group portions of the tour however the main boat ride is still with a large group of people which was not what we expected. The tour was well worth it but I wish we had been able to spend more time in San Isidro.
We took this trip on January 29th 2017, There were only people in our group. It was an English speaking tour so our native tour guide spoke excellent English. We traveled up the Rio De La Plate river into the delta. It was a beautiful boat ride, we stopped in the the town of El Tigre where we ate lunch and got to visit the market.
The market is pretty cool, although our time there was very short. 15 minutes is not a lot of time to shop and then we were back on the bus.
The next stop was a town called Isidora, where there is a beautiful old Catholic church built when the town was created. 10 minutes there to take pictures and walk around.
The only changes I would make to this tour would be the amount of time to shop at the market, needs to be longer so you can take in the ambiance of the market and its people.

We enjoyed the information about the river and seeing the different type of lifestyle.
We enjoyed the trip. Our guide, Julie, was knowledgeable and kept us well informed. I appreciated that she didn't run on with a continuous stream of chatter throughout the excursion. Lunch was very good.
