Overview

Very good service and flexibility. I will not comment on the Pyramids and Sphinx as they are beyond words. We added a visit to the Mena House which was very pleasant and made everybody even happier.

I had a great time with Noora (tour guide) and Ahmed (who drove us around). They picked me up on time from the hotel, and dropped me off as scheduled. Noora was excellent as a guide - she ensured that we covered off everything that was planned. She is proficient in her communication and an excellent historian. She was on point with her suggestions, and regularly checked in with me. Of note, Noora helped me with some stunning photos and is a great photographer. If I happen to return to Cairo, I would avail Noora and Ahmed's services in a heartbeat. Highly recommended, especially for those who may be a little short on time.

Tour was great. Our guide was very informative, friendly, and helpful. Transport to and from hotel was easy, and lunch was delicious. Only negative was two surprise visits to merchants to pressure us into buying expensive Egyptian trinkets…don’t recall those stops being part of the tour description.

The trip was ok, the guido was very nice but her knowledge and English were of límites capacity. The car also had a plástic covering on the back seas, making it very uncomfortable to travel. So if booking request a car with normal seas, not wrapped in plástic.

The tour was good but would have liked more in depth info, although guide was super friendly and helpful at all times. Would recommend although bit pricey for final outcome I think.

Viator commissioned out the tour to Emo Tours Egypt! They sold me half day ( 4 hour ) tour with entrance fees and English speaking guide! I got the entrance fees but nothing else. The tour provider messaged me last minute that they had no English guide. I asked to cancel and they wouldn’t. No response. So I took the tour with a non English guide only to be hustled in and out of everything and dropped off at 2:30 pm. An hour and a half short of the promise of 4 hours. Then they refused to adjust the billing and charged me full fair. Not a good experience from Viator or Emo 👎👎

Excellent tour of the pyramids

This was an excellent tour of the pyramids. We did the half-day tour with a guide and lunch. Our guide, Nader, and driver, Abraham (Ibrahim?), where knowledgeable, personable, and funny. We had a little trouble getting a guide and arranging a start time because I booked the tour late the day before, but the tour operator made extra efforts and everything worked out great. Minor point: Lunch was included (and good), but beverages were extra.

This tour was freaking amazing and I truly believe it because of our tour guide Tawseef and he’s driver! I couldn’t wait to share our experience. I’ve traveled to over 19 different countries and had my share of experiences w/ tour guides but this man was amazing! Although we were in a touristy area, he took us to less crowded area for more exclusive feel and much better views. He made sure we weren’t hustled or harassed for tips which is a big thing in Cairo; his conversational and friendly demeanor kept us engaged! We LOVED our lunch at the 9 Pyramid, the food was delicious and he made sure we had the best seat. We asked to take a horse & carriage around the pyramids and Tawseef made sure we we had this experience. He was very knowledgeable about history of the pyramids and provided us the opportunity to ask cultural questions about Cairo.

First tour - made the trip !

Our first tour during our first time to Egypt. Tour guide Mahmoud Saeed was brilliant. So knowledgeable, polite and hospitable. Egyptian people are so kind! Well worth the money and a great trip. Thank you :) able to see the pyramids and sphinx and take a ride on an animal in the desert. Even a chance to go in the pyramids depending on the conditions. Pick up and drop off offered. Recommended.

Worst experience ever better go on your own

Me and girlfriend booked an half day (4h) guide tour in the Giza pyramids . Short story short we ve been picked up at 8 am rushed around , not given much info about history or pyramids at all , they drop us at one oil “museum” aka shop where they try to sell essence overpriced and dropped off in the hotel at 10:30 . Ruined my gfriend s birthday completely . Definetly not raccomanded, I hardly give bad reviews

Muhammed was very knowledgeable about all the sites we were able to visit with him. Ended up having him for both of our tours, back to back days, and was extremely satisfied with what he had to offer. Van was very comfy transport time between places was pretty quick and we were not "sold" any additional stops, as we were there just to see the sites described in the tours. He is also an awesome photographer. When he says give him your phone, do it, you will not be mistaken. 10/10 review, good communication and again great tour guide!!
