Lance of communication on...
Daniela_D, Jun 2022
Lance of communication on the front end about the details of the trip. Our guide talked too much constantly repeating himself to a point we all stopped listening. But he went on and on and on….. What a turn off. It was a constant hustle.
Good day out
Rachel_C, Jun 2022
Very good day out with very attentive and knowledgeable tour guides. The tour guide we had was very clued up with local knowledge at Tulum and one of the Mayan villages we visited which was impressive and interesting. The food at the Mayan Village was absolutely amazing, best food we had during our visit to Mexico. There wasnt any pressure for tips at all however their service was first class so was well deserved. Thanks
Nice one day trip

Tulum and Coba are worth visiting. Time management is good .The trip and all trip members are on time, mostly .
A nice, full spectrum day trip from Tulum!
Roland_T, Jun 2022
The most memorable part of this experience were the personable and extremely knowledgable tour guides! Our main guide was Neto and I love how he spoke in English and then followed it with Spanish line by line, which helps you learn the language in context. Our tour bus was only about a third filled so our group of 9 had plenty of space to spread out and be comfortable. Lunch was a great introduction to the local cuisine native to this region of Mexico and overall, there was ample amount of time for everything to see. The only drawback was that we thought Playa del Carmen was included but ended up not - probably because our origin pick up location was Tulum. We should've read the fine print more carefully or it could've been outlined better?
Just do it!!

The Tulum and Coba ruins we're amazing!! The cenote was very refreshing!! Our guides were great!! We had a great time!! We'd do it again!!
Not worth my time.
gregory_f, May 2022
Started off bad not being picked up as stated. Had to call company who had us at another resort. Transportation to bus was crappy. Driver of van was not cautiuous and speeding. Food at Mayan cenote was.saud to be authentic and best we will have all week. I had better meals at an airport. stops were just okay, nothing great.
Bad Communication
Mukti, May 2022
I didn’t go on this excursion bc my son fell sick. I tried calling, emailing, and texting the company the day before and day of with no response from Them. They are horrible communicators. Waste of my time and money

Excellent service
Melinda_C, Apr 2022
The crew was very professional & provided so much knowledge about the Mayan culture.. Even though we didn’t get to go to Coba cause it was closed due to maintenance, instead we went to a Mayan Village, which was very entertaining.. Had a great time & would recommend!
Amazing experience!
Aldrin_P, Apr 2022
I was a bit bummed because Coba is currently closed for maintenance but the tour providers brought us instead to a Mayan village for an authentic experience. Nato, Jorge and Misael were the best. Very attentive and hardworking, and very respectful!
Go for Tulum
Daniel_F, Apr 2022
Tulum is great, and made the trip worth it I didn’t give a perfect score because - the guides take a long time either promoting the tour or other stuff for selling (even though they are careful to disguise it). It is a bit tiring sometimes - the Spanish guide had some historical errors, such as mixing mongol khanates and migration to America. I stopped paying attention after that and started walking around. I’m not sure how long he kept talking, but I believe he talked too much - the cenote visit was already late in the day, so it was a lot darker than what you see in the pictures. Also, Coba is closed. Although is not the tour’s fault, they could have mentioned it before

Cheats in operation!!!
Chandan_A, Apr 2022
They are cheats… Coba is closed but they still have put it in their tour… they will instead take you to a village and waste 3 hrs of your time… Go on this tour if you want to be disappointed…
Memorable Experience
Donna_H, Mar 2022
Memorable experience led by knowledgeable, entertaining and caring tour guides and tour company. My partner and I had some hiccups along the way but they made it right as rain and led to an even more adventurous excursion. I highly recommend them.
Worst tour I've ever been on
Cela_S, Mar 2022
If you want to feel like a hostage stuck on a bus with a ton of people, this is the tour for you. We got to see Tulum for less than 45 minutes, the cenote was pretty lame and we only got to swim for about 30 mins, and the buffet was horrible. The majority of this tour was on the bus with the guy yelling through the speakerphone, which gave me a terrible headache. Worst tour I have ever been on. Do yourself a favor a get a taxi or a rental car to Tulum and explore it by yourself.

Too Much Time on Bus and Selling Stuff
Bennett_P, Jan 2022
First let me say that the Guide Augustine was very funny and knowledgeable and because Coba was closed the company swapped out a trip to an authentic Mayan village. That was the great part. The biggest issue was the amount of time on the bus it totaled to over 6 hours and the bus was not comfortable at all with seat in back where we were stuck (5 of us) that were child size. Moreover, with all the drive time there was very little time to spend at Tulum, the Cenote and Playa Del Carmen. In between we were continuously being pummeled with sales pitches and tip requests.

Hussein_S, Jan 2022
We didn’t go to tulum it was closed and no one told us. We left the hotel at 6:30 am and we return at midnight it was verry horrible with kids. We just lost a complete day and it was verry exhausting. We ate one time in all these day and it was horrible.
