It was great day trip with a small group of 10-12 people. Tony was very knowledgeable and provided great insights during the tour. Highly recommend the day trip.
This was a fun trip. It is a long drive out there, but they put on some old, wildly colored retro bus that made for a fun ride. We stop at a Mayan place to shop, where they took our picture and then offered us a bottle of Mayan liquor with our picture on it. The ruins were incredible and we stopped and a scenic water hole not alcohol but actual hole in the earth. The only thing that sucked was the rain that day, but it was a great trip
Excellent tour. The guide Ricardo is very knowledgeable in history and culture. He is also fun and excited about helping guests know and enjoy the ancient Mayan culture, language, and architecture. The trip is very organized and planned well. We just took full advantage of it and realized it was too short. We stayed in Chichen Itza a bit short but the rest of items was covered well and in depth. Absolutely recommend it and it will be really worth it.
This was a fantastic day trip from Cancun. It was LONG - 13 hours in total from when we were picked up. We were picked up on time, exactly as we were told the guide would call out our name in the lobby, and he did, at the exact time they said. It becomes low level madness in the high season at the hotels, at the morning pickups for the big Chichen Itza tours. There are huge buses coming into the hotel and everyone thinks the big bus is theirs. Our guide walked right up to the lobby and yelled out our name, we were on our way. The tour was extremely information, comfortable the bus was very high end, clean, and the federal tour guide assigned to us was amazing. I loved the international mix of tourists on our trip as well. There were only 3 families like us from the States, and then 11 different countries among the other families. Chichen Itza was obviously the highlight but the other couple stops were great as well. An extra 30-60 minute on our own at Chichen Itza would have improved the experience a bit for us - we only had about 40 minutes after our tour to go around on our own. In all it's a tour I highly recommend.
This tour was well worth the time and money. I'd especially like to thank our main guide for the day, Carlos, for doing such a great job of explaining Chichen Itza and Mayan history in both Spanish and English. He was very knowledgeable, funny and accommodating with everyone on the tour bus. I was mindblown by the wonders of Chichen Itza and swimming in the Ik Kil cenote was incredible. We even stopped briefly in an artisan market and in the town of Valladolid, which were added bonuses as I don't think they were in the original tour description. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone for a great day out.
Very well organized trip. Knowledgable and entertaining guide. Nice place to visit. Great day.
A very good tour! Our tour guide David was very knowledgeable and fun.

This group knows what they're doing right! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Ricardo/Richard/Ricky was quite the tour guide : you can tell he loves doing his job, and was just full of incredible info about Chichen Itza.
After pickup from the hotel, we got to ride in a well ventilated tour bus. He let us first take a short nap before diving into our history lesson of Chichen Itza so we could appreciate it more. We had a small stop to pick up souvenirs and use restrooms before going into the park. At the park, Ricardo led us around with plenty of time to snap photos while learning history, even adding on the tour the small intricacies of the design of these structures. Afterwards we got about 30 minutes to take photos on our own and purchase any other souvenirs.
Then we moved onto Ik-Kil Cenote park, one of the most beautiful cenotes you'll get to see! You get about an hour and 20 min to grab lunch at the buffet and swim in the cenote, with the order being of your choice.
It's a super long tour, and the buffet can seem like forever in between all the activities, so bring water and snacks to keep your energy up.
Well recommended tour. Our bus driver Alphonso and our guides David and Luis was very informative and educated. My fiancé and I were well prepared for the entire day, thanks for the heads info viator!
I will warn you that this tour is long about 12 hours. Riccardo was our tour guide and he was very informative and funny. The bus picked us up and on the way to Chichen Itza stopped by a local souvenir shop for a bathroom stop and some shopping. Chichen Itza will be hot, but Riccardo tries to keep everyone in the shade as much as possible. He spends about 1-1.5 hours explaining the different ruins and then gave us about 30 minutes for pictures. Once done we headed over to the cenote, Ik kil for lunch. Lunch was not very good. They have life vests and lockers for rent. If you aren't a strong swimmer I suggest a life vest. The cenote is an amazing experience and absolutely gorgeous. The water is cold though. Once done with the cenote, we drove about 30 minutes to a local town where we were allowed to walk around the main plaza. And then it was back home to Cancun.

Great tour! Ricardo was an excellent tour guide, comfort coach. The lunch was good, the Chichen Itza tour and cenote swim as amazing! The tour was well organized and on time, highly recommended.
The tour bus was nice and clean, luckily not crowded on the bus ride there. Gift shop stop and then chi chin itza was amazing, after that we stopped for a buffet lunch which was delicious and right below was ik kil cenote that place was also really cool and then Valladoid city. i highly recommend this tour!
It with great view. Perfect experience Guide and comfort coach.
Both Juan and Carlos were friendly and very knowledgeable about the history of the Mayan civilization.
Once we arrived at the locations they made sure we understood where and what time to meet up. So no one gets left behind and it allowed us to have enough time at each site.
Great tour! Ricardo was an excellent tour guide! The lunch was okay, but the Chichen Itza tour and cenote swim as amazing!
This tour was more than the expected! Tour guide guys where amazing: plenty of information, excellent transportation, good timing, the more exiting venues a,d the opportunity to check the world wonder. the xenote was a very good experience, lunch with very tasty options, and the extra visit to Valladolid completed an amazing experience. I really recommend this agency.
This was an awesome trip. Our guide spoke both English and Spanish and gave a complete brief history of the Maya people while we were on the bus and on our way to Chichen Itza. This was important for all to know and it gave everyone a better understanding of what we were seeing while walking through the site. It was amazing to see what the Maya accomplished so many hundreds of years ago. The trip to the Ik Kil Cenote was absolutely beautiful and the water was so clear and warm for being underground. The food was good and everyone was very friendly and helpful during our tour. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see the Yucatan and the Maya culture and swim in a beautiful cenote! Next time we plan to see Tulum!
This was an excellent and magical experience. Visiting this UNESCO heritage site and experiencing the Cenote were magical adventures. Our guide was very excellent!
Our guide was very informative and helpful! Learned a lot about the Mayan culture. He advised not to purchase inside of Chichen Itza which would encourage the archaeology site to be a market. We really appreciate that! Though I feel the stop at the gift shop was not needed. But different travelers may have different opinions.
This was a blast. Great info from the tour guide, and the swim at the connote was such a wonderful experience
