Overview

Visit the largest coral reef in the Americas on this informative and fun snorkeling tour. Board a spacious catamaran with a small group and listen as your guide gives a short safety briefing and introduction to the creatures who live on the reef. After being fitted with fins and a mask, jump into the  Caribbean waters and observe the variety of colorful flora and fauna just beneath the surface of these protected waters. This was a fantastic morning! We were a little nervous Booking.com away from our hotel but we had nothing to be nervous about. We were picked up promptly, very professional driver. The hotel staff were well organized and ready for us. The crew on board the boat were brilliant. We had a fantastic morning! Snorkeling was great, good for beginners and more advanced.

Such an incredible trip!!! Crew was fabulous and catamaran was gorgeous. Nacho was our snorkeling guide and took us to all of the best places to see the reef. Saw a sting ray, soooo many beautiful fish and great coral.

Where do I start.. everything from the moment we’ve checked in we’ve had an AMAZING time! The captain, crew, boat, food, drinks, safety = Exceptional! All of us enjoyed it whether it was relaxing time, having a drink, snorkel and for my birthday they even decorated and had a cake! Book them you will be treated like Royalty! If I could give it 10 stars I would! Can’t wait to see them again Thank you so much for making us feel like family!!! You guys are amazing!!!

We were on a mother/daughter senior spring break trip. We had an amazing time! Angel was a great guide, informative and fun. We saw great ocean creatures and enjoyed the catamaran ride. Girls got great pic opportunities. Highly recommend this tour.

When you book an excursion in Mexico, there is always a bit of hesitancy/concern that you may not get what you expect. I'm happy to say that our booking with this Catamaran Reef Snorkel and Sail exceeded our expectations! Our host Jose and captain Nacho were professional and engaging with our family of five (three kids). The initial sail was wonderful and gave us a great view of the coast. Angel did a fantastic job showing us around the reef, including one of our children who was a bit scared/hesitant-he really took the time to make sure we all felt safe and enjoyed our time. We saw hundreds of fish, even a few barracudas and my wife was lucky enough to see a sea turtle! After snorkeling, we were happy to enjoy another 1-1 1/2 hour sail along the coast enjoying the sun, wind, and beautiful blue-green waters. All in all, this was our favorite part of our Mexico trip. Highly recommended-worth every penny (bring $$ for tips, they are earned!)
If you only have half a day for a trip, this is a must!

This is an awesome half day trip. Definitely recommend it if you don't have a full day to dedicate on a trip. Staff was friendly, accommodating, and had a great sense of humour! The cocktails were delicious and refilled really fast! Thanks for the great memory!

My husband and I had a wonderful time with José (our guide) and Martin (boat captain). Both were very nice and super accommodating making sure we had everything we needed and were patient with us. We had the 8:30 am tour. We were with only one other couple so we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the boat. It was a bit colder and windier than we expected but the sun came out after our snorkel to warm us up. The snorkel itself was okay. I think because of the weather the water wasn’t as clear but there were so many beautiful fish and we even saw a few barracuda. I highly recommend this tour. Be sure to bring a good amount of cash for tips (for the pickup, tour guide & captain, and snorkel guide). They do an amazing job and you’ll want to give them what they deserve!

The cruise and sail was so relaxing we did not want it to end. The snorkel tour in the park was pretty good for Rivera Maya. I would easily do it again.

4 adults with 4 kids! Angle was awesome with 2 six year olds snorkeling. He took very good care of them in the water. Staff was very present and always offering drinks. The catamaran ride was up and down the coast (one kid got sick and they took care of everything). Overall great staff, boat was in great condition, and we throughly enjoyed the snorkeling.

Awesome snorkeling experience. The reef and sea life were amazing. Staff and guides were great. Angel was hilarious. About 45 minutes of snorkeling and 2 - 2.5 hrs of sailing with lunch and drinks.

Beautiful boat, great crew, fantastic day! We went with 2 other couples, some of who have never snorkeled before and it was super fun, the boat is beautiful and super clean, the service on board was superb and they did a great job showing us wildlife in the water. Highly recommend this operation and this excursion!

I would highly recommend booking this tour. There is no better way to spend a part of your time in the Cancun area than on a catamaran with a a fun, attentive and excellent crew...thank you Jose, Alfredo and Miguel! The ride to and from the sand bar is lovely and the sand bar...well, just amazing. The floating mat they set up is awesome. You will never want for a drink and the lunch was nice too. Book this tour, you won't regret it.
