Nice cenotes but two missing places we did not go.

We went to the beautiful cenotes but we reached too late to the laguna Kaan Lum and it was already closed and we did not went to Playa Paraiso.... Is it possible to reschedule the tour to visit the Kaan Lum laguna as I paid for it?
The tour guide and quality of food staring with the snacks & lunch location.

The Lagoon was beautiful! A couple of the cenotes were really nice but.. the tour guide and food was not good at all!!!

It was ok..there was too many people on the tour they were late picking us up and then the whole tour was way too long and the beach didn't look anything like the pictures

This is one of our most popular tours in the Riviera Maya, and because it is high season the number of tourists is even higher. We are sorry that you did not have the opportunity to see "Playa Paraiso" as in the pictures we show you. There is a seaweed called "Sargazo" that arrives to the beaches all over the Caribbean Sea that affects the views of the beaches. Unfortunately, this type of natural conditions are out of our control and each year the season in which these seaweeds arrive varies due to climate change. We hope to see you back soon for another season so you can enjoy the wonders of Mexico to the fullest! We appreciate your understanding, have a nice day.
