David, our tour guide was awesome. The selections of restaurants were great. David is good at what he does. Very informative, funny, great personality kept the entire tour interesting. This is a must tour in Carlsbad. Set up the tour your first day. You will go back to visit the restaurants. It is worth the cost. Hope David will be your guide.

Ben was very friendly and knowledgeable. I liked the sequence of restaurants to which he took us. The food was delicious! He made options for those who do not drink alcohol or have food allergies. The walking pace was perfect. I appreciated the additional historical information he provided at the various stops.

Carlsbad village is a really fun place that we would have totally missed without this tour. Really enjoyed David's historical notes. Italian, crepes and strawberry shortcake were excellent. Wine was very so-so, tacos al pastor meat very dry. Gelato fair, some flavors way better thsn others. But overall a really enjoyable way to spend the day and we were not hungry after! Even got to try famous Carlsbad water.

Carlsbad is a great place to stroll through the streets of its european style village by the sea. We have a lot of great restaurants and shops to explore in town. And learning about Carlsbad's history while doing so is even better. We are however sorry to hear that you did not enjoy some of your tastings, we will take that into consideration for future tours.
