Great Plantation and setting.

It was nice to see how family plantations were back then and now. The tour guide Allan was very informative and knowledgeable. However Magnolia Plantation needs to speed up their cafe food service, lines are slow & long, only one person taking orders and another preparing the food. With 15 minutes between tour and bus departure, almost impossible to get served.

A bit overpriced, yet a lovely tour.

Such beautiful gardens. You get to do a walk through the gardens, a tram ride around the property to view wildlife and flora/fauna, and a walking tour through the house. Your time is very limited. There were bathroom breaks. Unfortunately the concession line was so long, we opted to forego lunch (not included in price), and walk through the petting zoo. Sadly we had a gal who didn’t come back to the bus at the scheduled time. The rest of us had to wait on her, causing many of us to lose our next scheduled tour. Tour guide was very informative and nice to chat with.

Beautiful grounds. The team tour of the swamp area was exceptional. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and excited about sharing her knowledge. Wish we had more time to explore the grounds on our own. Felt a little rushed . Azaleas in prime bloom. Phenomenal.
