Historical tour

Prof. Fordham (I think this is the correct name) is very knowledgeable. I do have comments though about his tour. Several times he tried to show us pictures on his phone about people he was talking about. Most times I couldn’t see them. I think these pictures should be printed ( a hard copy) so they can be distributed during His talk. He was always trying to bring up stuff on the phone that we couldn’t see or he couldn’t find. I also think it would pertinent to review black life in Charleston from post civil to the present ( a timeline) Though famous incidents were identified i had trouble understanding the flow of of history for the common people’s. I congratulate Prof. Fordham for is recent recognition by the State of South Carolina for his published works.

This was one of the best Tours I have ever taken! Mr. Fordham was extremely knowledgeable about the history and untold stories of African Americans in Charleston. Every person visiting Charleston should take this tour! Not only does he know his material, but he makes things fun by his portrayals and enactments. What history books left out, this tour tells the story! Best TOUR EVER
