Scavenger hunt app not user-friendly

Despite downloading the app, could never get out of an endless loop of signing in; never got to the actual scavenger hunt - a real disappointment as this was a Christmas gift for my son & his friends.

Charolette: safety concerns but charming and historic

Charolette has an enormous homeless population and this scavenger hunt took us into 2 parks that had a very large population sleeping, roaming and pandering. We were not comfortable at all, being out first day in the city and we had no idea this was so prevalent. Our app glitched our after our 4th stop and we could not get back into it, we had already called customer service once and just didn’t want to call again. It was getting dark and we headed back to our car. -do not take a purse or bag with you -do this in the morning not late afternoon or dusk -just 1 phone out (not several) -know your route, stay on the Main Streets -do NOT go down side streets or wander into alleyways It was a nice, engaging tour that touched on several spots that we went back and explored the next day.
