This was a tasty, fun and educational experience. We learned about the olive oil making process, how to taste it and what foods to pair it with. There is so much more to the olive than one might think. Our host were very informative and passionate about what they do. In Italy it's only extra virgin olive oil. We have a greater appreciation for olive oil and a better understanding of what to look for here in the U.S.
