I have taken this tour before and each time I learn something new. This time it came with Chicago 360 tickets.
The tour guide was great and very knowledgeable and accommodating. Unfortunately, there was too many clouds to have a view from the city, but that's okay. When you go to the Cathedral, go to the front door and enter. It's well worth seeing the architecture which is SUPERB.
If it's overcast and cloudy, skip going to the Chicago 360 and go another day. The ticket is good for one year and we went the next day when it was nice and sunny with beautiful views!!
This is perfect for first time visitors to Chicago our guide was knowledgeable. We get a general overview of the city and it's history. We got to go to all the neighborhoods and they gave us about 10-15 minutes to take pictures in popular tourist spots. Ended by going to the John Hancock Observatory to see the amazing views of Chicago!
A great tour, the tour guide was so informative and very interesting to listen to! The really covered all of Chicago.
The Tour guide was very knowledgeable and the bus driver was excellent at navigating some of the narrow streets of Chicago. Perhaps, a bus similar to the Chicago Trolley bus may be better for those people who want to take photographs. Despite this fact, I feel I have a better understanding of the geography of Chicago due to the excellent tour guide.
Poor. Alot of stress due to lack of location information. We finally figured out where to start this tour within an hour of it starting! River cruise cost additional money due to 3rd party purchase and effects of rain.
This tour was excellent. Our bus driver Pat was very good and the tour guide was very knowledgeable.
We saw the North and South side of Chicago and were also able to get off the bus and take pictures and
walk to areas of interest. I highly recommend this tour. It is well worth the money!
This tour is a must for anyone visiting Chicago. It takes you on a comprehensive look at both the north and south sides of the city. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and there were a number of stops providing opportunities to see key features up front and personal!
I enjoyed this very much and it was nice to see North Avenue where we had been the day before for the Air Show from the top of the Hancock Building
Good tour! But I strongly recommend to reconfirm the pick-up TWICE, because it may be problems and people can be got out of pick-up list of the operation conpany.
We loved it. We learned a lot about Chicago. Our guide was great and so was our driver. Thanks for a great time .
The tour guide, Matt and the bus driver Patty were absolutely fantastic and hilarious! Matt was very knowledgeable. Fantastic!!

Fabulous trip! Driver really new his information. Did get a little tired on bus for 4 hours, but I wouldn't do it any other way. We had a beautiful clear day and great weather. Learned a lot of fascinating information about the wonderful city of Chicago!
This trip encompassed both the North and South side of the city. Hotel pick up was seamless - right on time. North side was first - after a 10 minute coffee break at a local coffee shop to await passengers arriving, we toured all of the north side with a 30 minute visit to the conservatory. South side was next, with a visit to an old historical church and a ride past Obama's house. 360 Chicago was last, with a 30 minute stop there. All was well except for one thing - our driver, Anton, chose to air his political views when we passed Trump Tower, calling it a building built by a mad man. We thought this to be extremely unprofessional, and I told him this at the end of the tour - that many on the bus thought Trump to be a very smart man and any political views should not be aired while he was a tour guide/driver. Needless to say, that comment cost him his tip.
I was disappointed that I had registered to be picked up at our hotel and apparently that got lost because
we had to walk to the Palmer House to meet the bus. Otherwise, it was a good trip with a very good tour guide who gave a lot of information within a 4 hour period. I do think it would be nice to have more than 20 minutes in Lincoln Park since there is so much to see. We were only in town for the weekend and didn't have time to go back...maybe next time! What a beautiful city!
This tour was really fun and we got to see a lot of interesting places

It was good! The whole tour covered most everything about the city of chicago. Except they didn't include where Michael Jordan's monument was :) Also, make sure you are specific about the hotel pick-up. We waited almost 30 minutes in our hotel and when we called them, they said we have to meet the bus in Palmer House. We took a cab to make sure we have enough time to catch up before they all depart. Other than that, all is good.
