This is a great sampler and so wonderful to go to the Christkindle market and see the Zoo lights.
Only thing we wished for different is more time to wander about these great areas.
We got about 30 minutes each, but that was too rushed.
would recommend 45-50 minutes for sure at the zoo to see it all, and more time at the market would have helped since lines were long to get food or drinks.

This was our only event for the evening, so it would have been fine to extend the trip!
Fortunately, we stayed in the city another day and had time to return to each one!.

It was hard to hear the narration of the driver.

Jonte' our driver was the very best... He knew the city inside and out and was very funny. We loved him.. The check in process was rather unusual as we did not know where to go. Also NOT BYOB! When it came time to leave for the the tour we never saw the person to tell us where to go we notified people left the area we were in so we had to ask the doorman at the Palmer House where to go and ran to find the trolly.. Lights were beautiful and the city is the best in the world!

I was quite disappointed in the Trolley tour until we reached Lincoln Park Zoo. The zoo experience erased all my negativity. The temperature of trolley was way too warm. And this being said by someone who,is ALWAYS cold. The trolley driver was good, but the people on the trolley were so,loud that I found it difficult to hear what he was saying. Location of pickup and drop off was perfect. We took the South Shore into town and stayed at the hotel where the tour started, so everything was within walking distance even for us old folks.

Perfect evening for a Lights Tour... Disappointed that State Street was one of the streets on the tour but yet there were absolutely no holiday lights. The traffic was very heavy and our time at Christkindlmarket was only 30 minutes. I think that traffic should be accounted for and perhaps another area for lights might make this a much better experience. The Zoo Lights was beautiful and would have liked to have had more time here as well. Will try this adventure again next year!

Disappointed that it was basically a ride to the Zoo lights. Our Kriskindl stop was barely 30 mins. Not what I was expecting.

It was a waste of money! It was supposed to be looking at Christmas lights from the trolley. We were on the trolley for 10 minutes and stopped at the Christmas Market. After that, we drove for 20 minutes to the zoo where we had to get off the trolley to see the lights. Waste of money!

The trolley was terrible. We had several couples attending with us and we couldn't ride together, it was overbooked. Our trolley got into and accident which delayed us and our driver was terrible....

We were told that we would be getting a Trolley - we got a bus instead. We were also told that there would be given an hour at the German Market - we were given 20 minutes which given the amount of other people your tour dropped off there was not enough time to do anything as it was SO crowded - Chicago holiday lights implies the lights of the city - not being dropped off at the zoo to walk around! The bus played a radio station with limited Christmas music - it would have been much better to have a cd of prerecorded Christmas music to get everyone in the festive spirit. Very disappointing - would not recommend or use your company again!

The tour sounded way greater than it was! There was no mention of having to WALK through the Lincoln Park Zoo nor was there even a mention of the zoo in the ads. Several people on our trolley couldnt comfortably do any walking so only three of us rushed through in the 15 minutes we had till it closed. We were stuck in traffic for an hour which the awesome driver kept apologizing for. It wasnt his fault. The Kindle Market was a waste as we were all in the city for that reason and it was packed with people. We love the Hop on Hop,off trolley in the summer when we visit but this was a waste of 50. The driver was great tho.

Very disappointed. Majority of the time sat in congested traffic. The narrator/driver had a monotone voice void of any expression and very hard to hear. It was more of a tour of Chicago instead of Holiday Lights. Our group of 4 ended up getting off the trolley after the first half hour.
