Head to the Cadillac Palace Theatre in Chicago at your selected showtime for Aladdin, a Broadway musical based on the 1992 Disney movie known for its popular songs by Tony- and Oscar-winner Alan Menken with lyrics by Howard Ashman and Tim Rice. You'll hear your favorites like 'A Whole New World,' plus new music that's not in the movie.
Enjoy fabulous sets, costumes, and lighting as you watch the tale of down-on-his-luck Aladdin, a poor young man who dreams of what life is like in the nearby palace. Inside the palace, however, Princess Jasmine just wants out. When Aladdin is granted three wishes after finding an enchanted lamp, the adventure begins as he tries to woo Jasmine and keep her away from the evil Jafar.
The 2.5-hour show is directed and choreographed by Tony-winner Casey Nicholaw (The Book of Mormon) with designs by Tony-winners Bob Crowley (Mary Poppins), Gregg Barnes (Kinky Boots), and Natasha Katz (An American in Paris).
