What To Expect

Visit Chicago's highest point, the Skydeck on the 103rd floor of the Willis Tower (formerly known as the Sears Tower) with this pre-paid admission ticket. Enjoy panoramic views of the Chicago skyline, world-famous for its distinctive architecture.

Explore several exhibits at the on-site Chicago Experience, designed for learners of all ages, like interactive digital floor displays, touch-screen activities and scavenger hunts that not only highlight Chicago's iconic landmark, but also celebrate the Windy City's sports, architecture, pop culture, history, food, music and people. Challenge yourself with a Chicago trivia game, compare the heights of the tallest structures in the world, and see just how many of your bodies it would take to reach the height of Willis Tower.

Walk out onto the Ledge, a glass box-like balcony that extends 4.3 feet (1.3 meters) from the building, and experience an unconventional view of the city — from above. Admire the lofty views of top Chicago attractions, like Wrigley Field, the Navy Pier and Millennium Park, all from a breathtaking height of 1,353 feet (412.4 meters). On a clear day, you can see up to 50 miles (80.5 km) out. It’s also the perfect vantage point for great sunset and twinkling night city views.

Despite the weather, with 0% visibility, we went up to the 103rd floor of the Skydeck. Even so, the visit was interesting, due to the "path" we followed until we reached the elevators, which showed us many images and information. We intend to return in the spring, to "complete" our experience.

One of those things that’s probably a good idea to take the time & check out. A bit crowded but at least seems to be nicely organized , u get time for pics & to walk around & check out the views. Unfortunately it ended up being a cloudy & rainy day so the views were not as great nice but it’s decent overall nice way to spend a few hours.

No refunds for bad weather. We had only one day in Chicago. They do let you reschedule. Just wouldn’t work for us. Total whiteout. Only go in clear weather. Friendly staff.

Poorly organized

Our appointment was for 8:30 PM and we weren’t even able to take pictures on the skydeck before 10 PM. As tourists we planned our trips and events by an hour by hour itinerary and had to leave for a 10 PM reservation. It was ridiculous to have to do reservations for the sky deck when the time means nothing. I would not return to this as it’s poorly organized.

They won’t refund you for bad weather. That’s kinda messed up to me. There was zero visibility but we had to accept it. They offered a photoshop picture but it kinda defeats the purpose

Great experience self guided. This ticket allows you to bypass the ticketing booth at the main entrance. You do not need to meet anyone.

Great way to see Chicago. Kenny was a funny and wonderful guide! The f you’re brave enough for the cold, you can sit on the deck. Otherwise, interior was nice and warm.

Fun activity, definitely worth doing if you're thinking about it. You'll get some great pictures at The Ledge. Elevator ride up gives a short history of the building, too.
