Watch the sun set over Cinque Terre with this small-group boat tour. Not a real Sunset Tour one would expect

The tour details said we would get a stop at the beautiful village of Vernazza but this was overridden by the captain. No explanation was given at that time. Only when we followed up with Viator and the tour operator it was mentioned if we opted for a swim then the stop at Vernazza will be cancelled. So pretty much we did not get what we paid for. We are still pretty upset about the fact that we missed the stop at Vernazza. We are not going to make another trip just to see Vernazza. I am giving it 2 stars as the boat captain Lorenzo was a delight to be with. He had good knowledge of the area as well as very hospitable. I guess the owners of the tour maybe likewise but the fact that we got ditched not seeing Vernazza is bothering us a lot. No refunds were honored either. So please understand upfront what to expect before booking and boarding on the tour.

My boyfriend and I loved this experience! We had a lot of fun! The guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and a lot of fun! The drinks and food were AMAZING! Getting to swim and snorkel in the Mediterranean and see a ton of fish and a jellyfish was super cool! The views and the sunset were gorgeous too! We would highly recommend this experience!

Great way to see all 5 lands, highly recommend doing this boat tour. Its great to visit each village but to get an overall view of what exactly Cinque Terre is you must take this boat tour. Host was very kind and provided us with drinks and food. He was aware and respected our dietary restrictions. A young lady on the boat was seasick and he was very helpful and empathetic to her condition.
No better way to see the five villages!

Lorenzo was a great captain and was very knowledgeable which made this a must do adventure. We did the boat trip after hiking between three towns so it gave us a really neat perspective of accomplishments earlier in the day.

Matteo was friendly, welcoming and explained everything right from the start. Pickup was easy at the Harbour and on time.
We loved this tour as it was so relaxing with a small group of 8. Matteo gave lots of information along the way. We stopped for a gorgeous swim where we could snorkel or just float….and then some appetisers & drinks.
Matteo created a very intimate environment where we all relaxed and chatted about our lives. It was like sitting enjoying the sunset with friends. Perfect 3 hours, and we learnt lots about Cinque Terre.
