My flight was midnight arrival and my flight has been delayed. However, the driver was waiting for me and very smooth to take to the hotel.
Really made me ease after the arrival.

For ease of convenience we booked a car transfer in both directions. It was great to know we did not have to join a long queue for a taxi and both cars and drivers we had were if a high standard. The return departure was timed for five hours before our flight as there is runway resurfacing work during the day at Colombo Airport presently meaning flights are scheduled into night hours and the airport can get busy. We had no problems though and were soon through into the departure lounge. I can recommend the Lotus First Class lounge if you want a special experience.
Good efficient service, no need to worry about anything.
The driver called the hotel to confirm the pick up time, and arrived on time as arranged.
The driver stopped his dirty car on the way to the airport for a personal errand. I had to sit in the car for about five minutes. This is inexcusable, especially when I'm trying to get to the airport. Also, I was asked to pay the toll, which I've never done in any other country. Not sure this is something that is standard,but I paid a 35 USD fee up front and shouldn't have to pay a toll on top of that. Ridiculous!
