Our tour guide, Ella not sure of the spelling, but that is how we pronounced her name was outstanding. She was so knowledgeable and interesting about the neighborhoods, history, and people. Oh yeah, great food and beer as well. We highly recommend this tour.

This was a very enjoyable activity. As I was the only client, I received 100 personal attention and the pace was set for my needs. The Guide has lived in the Norrebro District for nearly 20 years and was very knowledgeable. His presentation style was pleasant and informal. Both current trends and historical facts were given. The 3 and a half-hour walking tour went by quickly there were 4 stops at local shops and a micro-brewery to sample local delicacies. I had done a Food By Foot Viator tour in Amsterdam which was wonderful, so had high expectations. I was not disappointed!

We got off to a rocky start with our guide arriving 20 minutes late, following a few calls to the tour company. We are used to food tours that take you from place to place trying local cuisine. This was a three hour tour and we didn't eat until the last stop. We did stop for a cup of coffee and tried some local beer, but we purposely hadn't eaten earlier because we were expecting something different. However, having said all that, we actually enjoyed the company of our tour guide. She tended to engage in conversation with one member of the group at a time and talked towards the front as we were walking, so it was hard to understand her at first. But once she warmed up, we learned an awful lot from her. She was a young student who was extremely knowledgable about Danish culture, the political scene, the socio-economic values of her country and the neighborhoods we visited. So even though it didn't start off smoothly, we left with a deep respect for her and what we learned about Copenhagen.

This tour left much to be desired. It marketed itself as a Food and Culture tour. However...there was no food. The tour guide was a very nice but she really did not go into the history of the neighborhood. We were treated to two beers not worth the price of $106. Save your $ and walk around alone.
