    Getting to Paradise is super easy. The easiest way to get here is taking a taxi from your cruise ship/hotel. It is about a 10-15 minute taxi ride and runs about US$16 each way (per TAXI not per Person) for a car for up to four people. There are also taxi VANS that takes up to 8 people.

We all had a blast. Saul made sure we always had food and drinks when we took time out of the water. Paddle boards, snorkeling, and inflatables were so much fun. Water was clear and beautiful. Lifeguards present.

The staff was absolutely amazing! Service was great and the staff all were all super friendly!!! I cannot make 1 negative comment about our experience. Food was great, drinks were great, and the cleanliness of the place was impeccable.
This is the place to be while in Cozumel!

The entire experience was great! The service was the best I’ve had. Everything was clean and well kept. We will definitely return to Paradise Beach every time we come to Cozumel! Couldn’t have asked for anything better.

I had a great time! Tip… I don’t drink much and I don’t eat much so it’s hard to eat and drink $68 worth of stuff for me by myself. All I wanted was grilled shrimp, so I ordered three $20 plates of grilled shrimp dinners and asked him to hold the vegetables and the rice and the fries. It was perfect.

We have visited Paradise Beach many times and always have had a great time. The only complaint that I have this past visit is the food quality has diminished. The service was still pretty good, although the first server acted like we were bothering him. While there, we parasailed, enjoyed the pool, and got massages (from Mr. Sanchos LOL). The weather was nice and It although it was full, we still enjoyed ourselves.
10/10 recommend!

such great staff!! Miguel, Ivan, and Edgar were amazing. the food we got was yummy! smaller portions, so just order several things if hungry. drinks were great and the extra water activities were enjoyable. my friends did the jet skis. 10/10 recommend! we had a group of 11 (one younger child, 3 older women, and 7 wild girls celebrating a Bachelorette trip)

So dirty!! We expected to visit a beautiful and pristine beach where we can relax, swim, and enjoy the natural surroundings. However, if this dirty beach significantly impacted our overall experience.

We absolutely enjoyed our time here. I made reservations in advance of our arrival via Carnival Cruise. We took a taxi to get there. Upon arrival, we were checked in, given our wristbands, and escorted to the beach area. We found 4 chairs in the second row from the water which was great so we could see our kiddos as they played in the sand or water. Service, absolutely amazing. Our servers were excellent and we wanted for nothing. We were given our menu and ordered drinks & food as we wanted. Everything was great. The water was cool. I do think the inflatables were hard to get on - maybe ladders would have helped more. But overall, everyone enjoyed it. We will definitely be back on our next visit.

This was a fantastic experience if you’re looking for a relatively private (somewhat crowded but not open to the public) beach where you feel safe and comfortable. Foolishly, we didn’t realize the drinks were included in the package because everything still had a price on it on the menu, so we took it easy and only had 2-3 each. The wait staff are very attentive and kind so ensure you tip them well because you’re not paying for anything else!

Nice place if you are looking for somewhere to just lay by the beach or pool. Drinks and service were very good, but it was very crowded and the food was average.

Paradise Beach Club is exactly that...Paradise. We got to Cozumel by ship, walked through the mall area to the street and easily got a car service. We arrived at the beach club at 8:30 which was perfect, hardly anyone there. We rented 2 beds (needs to be done before your trip) which was totally worth it. The waiter service was amazing. They brought us food and drinks before we got a chance to ask for it. The pool is very large, so there was no issue of overcrowding. It was so nice, we didn't bother with the beach. This is highly recommended for a relaxing day!
