5 star rating: Highly Recommended September 2016

The guides were very helpful and personable. Would highly recommend this for swimmers. Not much visibility with the small sections of glass in the bottom of the boat, but the driver was gracious to throw in bits of his lunch, so I could see fish on the side of the boat. I stayed in the boat, because I can't swim.

2 star rating: It was OK, but could have been better October 2016

We were scheduled to depart from the hotel at 10:30A. We were told there would be an hour delay because they were so busy. We waited for almost 2 hours before they paid to have another boat take the two of us out. It was supposed to be a 2 hour snorkel run but we were back after an hour and 15 minutes. Snorkeling was pretty good but scheduling was extremely poor.

1 star rating: I do not recommend this September 2016

This was very poor. The reefs are depleted, you cannot see anything through the glass bottom boat, and at the three sites, there was only one with a few fish. I would give the whole thing D- and would advise people to go to Tulum if you can still snorkle there or Isla de Mujeres.
